Hello Jimy, when you follow these steps is your machine going to the 100 degrees on the dial?

RedlineEMB yes, it does. but when i start again the machine, the main shaft changes to 98 or 101 or 102.

whithout showing an error on the screen. it is working but not on 100. is it a problem?

Yes once you push start the machine does move. But have you checked to see if the stop position sensor is working or if anything is obstructing the pantograph from moving?

The machine degree will move. The 100 degrees is for when the machine starts. It has to be at 100 since the is the equilibrium for the machine to let everything know on the machine that everything is ready to work. Before you start a job if it is not at 100 you will not be able to start your machine for security measures to prevent anything from breaking on the machine.
