I had a model older than this one that I love. My sister has difficulty with tools that are too heavy and she actually loved mine and found it easy to use ru-vid.comUgkx_rBCFuDW1zD6blTGhLkvAkxU657uR_lG . This is a newer model but was even lighter which she really appreciates. She enjoys it and I no longer have to go to her house to trim as she can handle it fine. Haven't used it enough to comment on the battery life but lithium batteries last longer than the old style. Being cordless makes it easy to trim the far edges of the property. The entire yard can be trimmed with one charged battery.

The way I usually do it, once I put the head back in, instead of tightening it up first, I pull the string from BOTH end to release it from the two notches you put the string in otherwise it won't release string as you need it.
Thanks for watching never had an issue after putting the head on and pulling each one separately, the gist of the video however, was how to load the string which addressed the issue of putting each string on separately as shown. I appreciate your feedback. Have a nice upcoming weekend
Please help; when I go to unspool the head off, I turn it to the right but it's not coming off. Am I missing something? I try pressing it in and turning to the right but nothing too. I just bought this and I am replacing the string that it came with. Thank you..
Thanks for watching. First, I have to make sure you have the same echo trimmer as in my video which is model SRM-210. Some older models are different so we’ll start there. Hopefully I can figure this out.
Thanks for watching. Hope this helps. I use approximately +- 20 feet of.095 line. After a while, you’ll get the feel of it and will not have to measure. Please consider subscribing if you’re not it would help me out. Have a good Sunday.@fixitwithfc

Thanks for watching. This video was for model SRM-210. I will try to help if I can send me a picture of your spool and I will try to help you but no guarantees. Thanks.@fixitwithfc
Hello thanks for watching. The nut underneath the spool is 1/4 inch on my model. Push the spool in and turn it to the right to take it off. Push it in and turn it left to put it on. Hope this helps.
Thanks for watching. Once you feed the line through the two holes and secure the cap as shown, what you need to do is to pull both of the lines gently to unseated the line from the spool, and I believe that would be your problem. If you need additional help just reach out. Hope this helped please consider subscribing hit the Bell icon and give the channel alike. Thank you, have a good weekend Frank.@fixitwithfc
Had a thought. On mine sometimes when I tap the spool to feed more line out it doesn't work and I have to tap it a few times to get it to feed the line through. The spring sometimes is stuck in or out and doesn't allow it to feed the line. Hope this helps. Frank @fixitwithfc
Thanks for watching. Well I guessing this is a brain teaser so I will play along. Well if it was a speed feed head I wouldn't have made this video, so since I did make this video I guess me and a lot of others don't have it. Its been fun. Have a good day. Again thanks for the brain teaser made my day.
Thanks for watching. Great sayings. I'am old school actually real old and we used to say work smarter not harder but same thing. Have a good day. Again thanks for watching.
