Now you know we love making ice cream but we also love eating other peoples ice cream :-) Plant-based ice cream is becoming more and more popular but it takes a lot of work to get it right! The chemistry that goes into getting dairy-free ice cream just right can be tricky but Eclipse Foods has been working on making dairy-free accessible to everyone! We're excited to dive in and see what it's all about.
