Long time no see! Just wanted to throw up a quick update on the car recently and some of my plans. I have a good amount of video ideas and I'm going to try my best to get them filmed and posted for you guys!
So glad to finally see an update from you Zack. In Jan. I sold my 21 Ecoboost and bought a 21 GT. I will still watch all of your videos since you are the reason I bought a Mustang instead of a Camaro. Good luck on your build my friend.
How do you have a potted intake manifold?? You can port the plastic one?? I’m getting the magnus intake manifold that goes on evo 8 , they make a special adapter to put on ecoboost. Sucks MAP not making the billet ones anymore.. but I’m also using a 4 port head.
Yeah I’m not all that experienced with anything like that so I just bought an aftermarket gauge and it works out well so far. Only complaint is the gauge is slightly off so 50% fuel is more like 75% on the gauge but as long as I remember that I won’t have any issues lol
Good day, my echo has jtl3.0 catch can, down pipe cattless 3" map preformance, hot an cold pipe cvf, intercooler race cvf el grande, differential 4.10, staigth pipe 3", bmr cradel lock level 2, aem water meth 500cc turbosmart blow off valve the replacement of the original and a blowoff tial 50mm, throttle spacer steeda weast gate turbo smart 7psi but I have the sprin kit that is what is assembled now I have a kit to add 4 auxiliary radium injectors with the dw injectors 1000cc pump dw400 gasoline and a turbo comp the same one that you assembled the internals of the engine are stock already these days I buy the coob and the auxiliary ecu that you would recommend that I need and what do you think of my proyect thanks greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
Hey what are your thoughts on aftermarket coil packs for the mustang ecoboost? I am looking into the granatelli motor sports pro series extreme coil pack. Thank you in advance!
I believe I have the same shortblock as you the babubu from Jessie with ca625 head studs and an nx2. It’s still stock head. I’m looking to upgrade the fuel system in the future since it’s the only thing limiting my power currently. I was wondering on your opinion on what I should do that will get me good power(I’d like to be 450-500 ish whp range) but still be safe to not blow anything(like your low pressure pump issue).
So it depends on which route you want to go. You can either stay DI or go with port injection. DI upgrades will be roughly $3000~ depending on the pump and injector options you choose and I would also highly recommend upgrading the in tank pump as well. Your other option is to spend $1200-$1500 on a port injection kit and be good to go to make that kind of power
@@WatchMyEco going port injection do u still recommend upgrading the pumps? From what I’ve read and seen it seems like port injection is the better route to go. Just wondering why you decided to stick with di.?
@@aidan8424 so if really depends man, DI only is capable of making more than enough power and it’s still controlled 100% by the factory computer which is a good thing while the port injection kit has its own separate controller and some people aren’t a fan of that. I would say you are going to be in good hands with whichever route you choose
