Thanks Martin. I am glad you and your colleague are recognising the undeclared war with Russia and China. A war we already have lost looking at the amount of products we have from China in our shops, transported by energy from BRICS+ that we depend on. it's a bit disappointing this video only has 1500 views.

I'm a carpenter. I've recently moved into maintenance so I'm in and out quickly. I couldn't handle another home owner saying it's to expensive. Example, 3 pine posts for a cheap gate and 6 bags of concrete $250 after my discount. I haven't even started or bought the expensive items yet. Inflation

Why don't they have a 100% premium on investing in properties which are below a certain price point -- perhaps 5x the value of the average owner-occupied home? If they're averse to simply limiting housing ownership to one per adult, then at least make affordable housing protected from vampires.

They do something similar in some East Asian countries. Foreigners cannot buy property below a certain size, or of a particular category. I think we used to do this too until 2008.
