Same here! Now that I know how to remove the plates, just need to fix the pump. I tried a method of flushing water down the pipe to prime the pump, but that didn’t seem to fix it. This is actually the second time I’ve had problems with the pump and now it m out of warranty. 😅

Top cover not installed properly or maybe Main brush motor Cover not properly installed..or front bumper stuck from one side that's why reverse in circles

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 I've already got it taken apart. If I hit the water button (all the way to the left) the water starts filling the tray as it should. Then if I hit the button again, some time passes and it says complete. No noise at all once I stop it from filling up until it says completed. If I hit the button again, water goes in again until the sensors say it is full. I never hear it attempting to suck any water out like I used to, but fills as it should. The hose was dirty, but not clogged.

Actually normally it happened because of app updates issues... in this case need to contact with service centre...they will manually install program in motherboard through USB...if stills same then motherboard need to replace

3 reason, first suction is leaking from tank seal..open clean water tank n remove rubber seal wash n fix it by nicely... don't Press too hard, if still same then might be solinoid pump issue or 3rd n last is motherboard issue

Yes the dirty water stays in the bottom of the basin only some drains out I think there may be debris in the tube
