Hi there I have deebot 920 and looking at your video it looks like the LDS sensor is ok but my deebot only undocks to start cleaning but then just sits there wuith brushes spinning but does not move or create a map. I have done everything reset the map the deebot but all it does is just undock and then pretty much do nothing. If you could help it would be great!
Mine ozmo 950. Facing the same situation. No map, when clicking auto clean, the notification "I'm starting to clean", sits at the dock, and the brushes just turn continuously but the robot is not moving, vacuum suction is good. Can be in this motion for a long time without prompting any error or malfunction note. LDS is not spinning fast but is unable to create a map or locate itself. Before this, the robot always created off off-track/ghost map and was unable to return or find its way back to the dock. @Ecovacs Technical Support What could be the issues? LSD laser, the core board, both or other? Hope to have your advice soon.
Dear Support, we are facing issue in the deboot X1 Omni where it cant find it Docking Station and it can get back to the station ? it keeps going around without finding it station

Hi ive had a look through all your helpful videos but cant find one that helps me and hoping you can pls! My Deebot is a 600 model, i took it apart to remove the annoying beeper, however now it says its "trapped" when running. A sensor with purple and white wires sort of fell out and i dont know how or where to reinstall it. Can you help pls? Everything else is put back together ok...i think. What else could be causing it to think its trapped? (It is not blocked by anything btw).
