Thanks a lot for this quick fix. I was tired of cleaning each and every part and never new that the rubber sealing would be the cause of this issue :) Thanks again for this video
@Ecovacs Technical Support - Thank you for posting such helpfull videos. We have owned our Deebot Omni X1 for a couple of months, and we are facing serious problems as well, the robot does not suction up the water anymore, so even while in mopping mode, there doesn't seem to be any water inside the robot. It seems the docking station is not despensing any water towards the robot, any water that was left inside the robot has been emptied out into the dirty water tank. We are now stuck with a very expensive robot vacuum only. Any video on how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work !
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 here is a link to a video that some one posted of the problem that we are all having. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IqTw80STTzc.html&feature=shared
Thank you so much for this and all your videos! You've helped me so much with all my robot's problems. They should include a link to this channel with the manual.
I have an issue with my 3 month old X1 TURBO - water is not dispensing from my clean water tank INTO the station at all when either trying a self clean cycle or trying to mop. My "clean sink" in the station is completely dry - will not fill with water. Can you tell me how to fix or what to check? Thank you!
I am having the exact same issue. Water is not dispensing from the clean water tank in the station. I am also wondering if I can fix this myself instead of sending the station off for repair.
@@megajoel I was not able to fix mine in my own. Ended up returning the entire unit (robot and station) back to Ecovacs. They were actually unable to fix either... And had to replace the unit with a new one. Good luck!
Great video, I have another problem, It seems that there is no solution for it online, the auto cleaning button is always Red colored even though the station is fully cleaned, have you faced this issue?
Nice video. Mine doesn’t take water from the water tank anymore. The water pump keeps loosing suction capacities. every few days have to take the square box off the back and put it back on for it to work again. Any suggestions?
Easy way to Seattle this issue permanently is take a rubber ring same diameter size n put that first then put the original rubber seal...rubber ring can buy from any DIY shop...
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 thanks but the little box on the back has some sort of sensor in it as if you take it out and try to start the unit it says something along the lines of testing chip thing not inserted. So would I put a rubber ring in before I put this in?
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 if you come across this issue with the water tank not pumping (sucking up) could you do a video on it. Also noticed how the mops don’t release as much water as they used to even after being replaced so any tips here greatly appreciated. Thanks 👍
Hello. I have the same issue with new white X2 .. the dirty water not returning to dirty tank and the machine is new this’s the first time to work , so plz how can I fix it
hi ! I have the same issue with a brand new X2. The water is not draining into the dirty water bucket .i can hear some noise but no suction. How do you check if the water pump works correctly ? Thank you !!!
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 I could not find the videos. I found that one that fixes how to return water to the dirty water tank. But not the one for the cleaners water to go into the vacuum or the base.
