Paul Boyd was an animator on Ed Edd n Eddy and even designed the title cards. He was shot by police due to an emotional dispute he was involved. However, the cops lied saying that he attacked them with a bike chain when they actually planted the weapon. They were even told that he had bipolar disorder during the call.

Slight Correction: Paul Boyd didnt create the title cards. He only created the intro. The title card designer was Kathy Boawke and she is still alive

This episode is one of the few where the Eds come out on top. It’s also a pretty good reminder that Double D has the most game out of all the guys in the Cul-De-Sac.

This was meant to be a 6th season and it would've taken place in the winter. However this was scrapped in favor for the Big Picture Show and those two episodes alone were promoted as 'lost episodes' during the Best Day Edder marathon.

Paul G. Boyd[1] (September 30, 1967 - August 13, 2007) was an American-born Canadian animator. He was a member of a.k.a. Cartoon, the production team for Cartoon Network's Ed, Edd, and Eddy, as a title sequence animator and director. While in his 20s, Boyd was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, an illness for which he received constant and usually effective treatment. He lived with this illness for almost 20 years. He was shot and killed on August 13, 2007, by a police officer, Lee Chipperfield, in Vancouver. the Officer to this day hasnt been charged and though the case was looked at I think new evidence came to light recently thought its hard to say what will happen

Every time I see the part where Eddy says "That's my move he busted, He didn't even want to be here." It always makes me think "Says the guy who forced Double D to be there in the first place."

the story behind Paul Boyd's dedication is so messed up. he was known for being bi-polar. one day he just went off his meds. he wandered around town with a bike chain. the police shot him in cold blood. there's footage of it on youtube! he was crawling on his hands and knees and the police just shot him till dead.

The dance episode is trully a win-win for the edd's these time,asides for been the only ones unharmed in the end. Edd: got a chance to dance with Nazz. Ed: Got Wilfred phone number Eddy: Trully show concern and help Edd with dating tips and even got a chance to dance with some one in the end meanwhile Kevin got none.

I always loved how surprisingly wholesome the last few episodes of the show were. My favorite episodes of this series are just getting to see the kids have fun with each other. You can really tell the voice actors had fun doing this show, getting to just be silly with each other and laugh at themselves.

I was looking who this Paul Boyd guy was he died on Aug 13 2007. He was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder for a long time. Then was shot and killed afterwards.

I personally prefer the first half of this episode more than the second half. But overall this was a good episode 👍 I just wish that they could have made more episodes for season 6 I know that they made the invaders special, the 3 holiday specials and the movie 🎥 but I still wish they could have given us more episodes for season 6. 😕
