Hey john, as a former ranger I'm surprised you dont know how to undo velcro without anyone hearing it. Simply grab the very tip, and in one motion rip as hard as possible while yelling an obscenity. No ones the wiser sir.
I really enjoy how John gives a thorough review of “I like this one for this and this one for this and this one for this.” I just love John’s humor with “use my links or if you don’t like me, then don’t”.
Your Sportsman Guide plugs always crack me up. Thanks for the reviews. I currently have a 'Bigfoot Gun Belt' and they are the most comfortable I've ever worn.
Ordered the low profile EDC belt from your store. Arrived early and absolutely love the fit and finish. I'm pleasently impressed with how well it wears. Very comfortable and will get another one for good measure. Thank you!
Lucky you, I got both Mollie belt and inner, bout 3 week wait, will arrive today. I tried to get his holster with his brand to help out, but clicked his Tier 1 link, got same holster except his brand
I bought a Nexbelt about one year ago and it has really served me well and is still my edc belt. Love the ratchet system, you can get it "just right" tight. Good vid John, thanks. God Bless you and yours.
Brian Barlow , I totally agreed with you brother, I bought the same exact model shown here about 5-6 months ago and I have other belts or choices but I keep going for my Nexbelt:) you are so right about the ratchet system, that system took care of my problem of adjusting a particular belt just right, but I was never able to do until I got this gray Nexbelt with the same black buckle style. Thank you and God bless!
I ended up ordering a belt from WPS after seeing John's review of it here. Been using it for a couple of months now, and I recommend it to anyone on the fence about purchasing it.
This was super helpful. I normally rock the Ares and have loved it but I do experience the lower back fun times you talked about as well. You are very good at not only showing good gear but also how it effects everyday life. Bravo.
I was issued those to wear on convoys. We never did because they are stupid, but I still have it tucked in a box somewhere. It's kinda cool, it rolls up like a dump pouch and stores in the back of the belt until you "need" it
I love the Blue Alpha with the Cobra clip(A little more expensive than $39) combined with the Tier 1 Axis Slim with Glock 19 and spare 17 mag. It blows people's minds when they see the buckle on the side and that rig hanging nice and tight with no printing on my 6'3", 200# frame. And yes, based on John's recommendation I've started wearing Vertx jeans. Great info John, keep it up!
I've been using the nexbelt for almost 2 years now. I love it. It's nice and stiff, easy to set up and super comfortable. After 2 years of use with a Sig 320, 226 stainless, 229 stainless and a Glock 19 carried in the appendix holster just like John's holsters it's still running very strong. I only bought 1 and I've worn it every day to work, I work in construction, and going out. It's held up great. That's the belt I've recommended to all my friends. It's a kick ass belt..
I love the knife wielding sound effects. I do the same stuff with just about everything I do, sound effects galore. It just makes things more entertaining for you and other people!
I love the Nexbelt, never realized how much a great quality EDC belt could make! Well worth the money! Your videos rock as always, and the “dad jokes” are on point. Haha
You gotta review the groovelife belt i thought it was a gimmick but i owb my 50 ae deagle. Honestly best quick on off edc belt i ever had and ive spent hundreds on belts. Its $50 and i was shocked how good it works. Try it out
@@jeremyrobbins7479 Yeah kinda. I think it's still a good idea to keep things on the down low about what you have and what you do. Constant battle on an ever increasingly slippery slope. To many people here from places with no appreciation for the bill of rights.
I just got my WPS low profile belt, and it is awesome! Guys, he's not lying, it's an awesome belt. Conceals super well, pretty darn comfortable, and seems to stay good and tight. Thanks John for the great product!
I like the Kore Essentials belt. It's a ratchet belt that is visually indistinguishable from a typically daily wear belt, but it's reinforced with a metal core. Nothing about its appearance suggests "tactical" but it does an amazing job of supporting even heavy steel-frame pistols such as a full-size 1911.
I ordered 2 KORE belts this week. Both shipped in under 30 minutes. I already had 2 from 1.5 years ago that I still use and will continue to. I do A/C sales and service so they hold my EDC but also impact drivers and drills. KORE has an excellent product for an excellent price and you get it in 3-4 days. Winner winner Sheen dinner.
I picked up an AEGIS about 6 months ago thanks to your suggestion. LOVE IT!! Got it through brownells and a lot of sites besides Ares have them in stock and ready to ship.
Warrior Poet Society, John my brother! I feel so validated that you’ve shown and liked the same exact color and buckle style “Nexbelt” that I purchased about 5 months ago. It’s so versatile and just easy to wear. I love the 1/4 adjustments to just make it fit perfectly :) Thank you and God bless!
Wearing my Aries AGIS as I type this. Looking forward to having my 19 On me daily in about two weeks. Got the letter saying my CCW is approved for California 2 days ago. 👍🏻👍🏻
Ok, I ordered the WP low pro edc inner belt last week, came in Saturday, I was able to wear it for the first time today, wore it all day long, with my conceal carry weapon and 2 extra mags, all on the belt, let me tell you this, THIS IS THE BEST DAMN BELT IVE EVER WORN, I had zero issues today as I do with other belts, no drop, no sag, I forgot that I had my gun on me, never had to adjust not even once today, well done WPS!! I saw the review on this belt from THIN LINE DEFENSE CO, those guys are the reason I will now be rocking this belt from now on!!
I run a KORE for EDC (even when not carrying) and I couldn't be happier. The NextBelt looks legit though. I run a T1C Axis Slim with a G19 and the buckle fits perfectly in between the clips, so I can run the buckle dead center
Kore leather is the best in every way. Looks like a normal belt. Super sturdy. Ratchet provides perfect fit every time. Swappable buckles. Thin enough to wear with slacks.
Dear Mr. poet. You should check out Trayvax Cinch belt. It’s very thin but sturdy. I’ve been using it over a year since I seen on Talon Sei video. Great video. Thanks
Looks like someone got woken up from a nap to shoot another damn video! I’m glad you were, because I’m on the search for a new pants holder upper. Thanks.
I just got my nexbelt yesterday and it feels great. Feels like I don't even have one on it's really comfortable. Thanks John for the video and all other.
Just got the last belt he showed. And i absolutely love it. Ive been on a WPS shopping spree lately. But as they say, buy once cry once. I trust anything John endorses and have yet to be disappointed with anything from the store.
I have your Blue Alpha Gear belt and love it! But that NextBelt looks awesome. Definitely going to try it out. Especially since I carry a G19, spare mag, clinch pick, and more. 😂
I have the same spare tire problem... but it's not the belt. I'm workin' on it, but appendix isn't an option at the moment despite the "300th parallel" compromise, lol.
I’m going to buy a tier 1 and either a g45 or p320 carry when I lose my “extra” 30 lbs or so and can go appendix more comfortably-that’s my goal at least.
I've gone through the belt gamut myself, and have honed it down to the Next Belt. I think I've had my first one going on between 4 and 5 years, and even though I've worn it almost everyday, and it's getting very frayed on the edges, it's still runs great like a Seiko. I literally just ordered another strap yesterday, before seeing this vid today. I like that they sometimes just sell the straps, so I can keep using the same buckle and save a few bucks. It's been the most practical and user friendly belt, I've owned.
John, John, my brother. I have to say that I’m really shocked that your rocking the next belt over the Kore Essentials belt. I’m going to send you a pic on Instagram. And hey, if your in good spirits and want to help out a fellow Tier1Concealed Affiliate brother send some people my way. I’m 101 subs away from 12k. Thanks for all you do, and you’re one of my favorite channels. Rock on.
Great video. I've been using the Kore Essentials gun belt for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with it. It's very similar to the nextbelt.
Thanks mate! Got the NextBelt in grey off your amazon site. I use a Kor belt now (a bit expensive) so this will make a nice second. Also, got my light hoodie from WPS. Wore it to the range today! Keep up the great work.
For those coming back to this in 2022, the Nexbelt looks an awful lot like the KORE Essentials belt that is very popular today. KORE makes theirs in both a nylon and leather variety.
Just made me buy and import the belt. 😄 I am from Brazil. Thanks man for all the info and content. I recently got into the gun and concealed carrier world. I have been surfing the web to study. Out of all the content I found, you are one of my favorites. Cheers! 👍
I have several Nexbelts, as well as several Ansonbelts (dress Gun belts), but I must say after I bought your belt, I rarely wear the nexbelts anymore. Please keep selling those, they are great!
Since my service in the German airforce 2010 I always came back to their 3cm wide belts in different colors. The system is quick to open (practical for toilet business), relatively fast to adjust the size (probably easier to just open it while sitting) , and it's robust. I think there is a 5cm wide variant too but I'm not sure if it has the same closing system
My daily belt is an Ares Gear Aegis Enhanced. Stiff as hell enough to carry anything from my tiny Beretta to my full sized HK USP 45 plus my knives. I love the thing
Bought a Kore belt last week.....my wife tried it and she has "Permanently Borrowed It". Ordered another and had it sent to my mom's house. Told my mom to let me know when it comes in the mail under dad's name....he also "Permanently Borrowed It". Ordered another and having it sent to my work now...hehe.
John, I like that none of your products are related to and everything is your own creation, so many of the guys that do t shirts and whatnot are just selling the unit or something related to it.
Been wearing the Warrior Poet Low Profile EDC belt for a few weeks. Hands down, it's the best low profile EDC I've worn after ~5 years of trying everything from SOE's low profile and cobra buckle belts to generic store-bought (non-EDC) ones.
Trayvax cinch belt. $30 and super thin and light but strong and sturdy. Carried a Glock 19 with extra mag with it for a year and a half then switched to the Glock 43x and it’s amazing. My girlfriend and I both rock the trayvax cinch.
