Former Canucks Goaltender and Arizona Relator Eddie Lack joined the guys and talked about what he has seen from Arturs Silovs, his time with the Canucks and more.
Whatever happens this series, it looks like Silovs is our number two next season. He's not only good enough to take over for DeSmith, but he could probably even get 30 to 40 starts in, allowing us to have a goalie tandem more like Boston which puts less wear and tear on Demko. Then in two years, if Demko proves to expensive to resign, Silovs takes over the number one slot.
yeah this is exactly what i was hoping, give silovs 25-30 starts next year keep demkos starts around 50 and in a few years we'll see if he can fully takeover
Eddie is right about the arena being too far from the majority of people. I live in Apache Junction, AZ. To get to a game when it was in Glendale it took forever. Nowhere near as bad with mullet arena in Tempe though. GO CANUCKS!!!
Guys please consider limiting of stopping invites of Frank Servelli and Craig Button. Theyre both clearly supporting the Oilers. Or at least call them out. Love the show but prefer not to hear from these knucklheads.
So in other words, Frank and Craig told the truth.... and Canucks fans don't appreciate it, because in their fantasy world the Canucks are a contender ?
'Nucks have had some pretty good goalies over the years. I still think Kirk McLean, King Richard and Luongo have been the best but if Arturs gets the prize then where will he rank? Do not put on a hex so let's wish Arturs "break a leg". Does that work in hockey?
@@lakai475 In Swedish it's pronounced Leck. There's no letter "a" in his name, the ä is not an a. This is very easy to grasp for anyone with even rudimentary linguistic knowledge.
