Gene is slightly mistaken. Yes, KISS did play selections from their Solo albums on the Dynasty tour. They played Radioactive, New Yrk Groove, Tossin' & Turmin' and Move On

@@DMDvideo10Hehe, same here., 17 y/o, Gothenburg and Copenhagen, with the Paul DiAnno version of Iron Maiden as opening act. Met Steve Harris at the train station, the day after the Copenhagen gig, really nice guy.

Paul's solo album was the best. I had his and Ace's. Aside of New York Groove (a cover no less) Ace's album wasn't very memorable.

Paul’s album sounded the most like KISS but Ace’s felt more balanced. You want something mellow and poppy - Speeding back to my baby, New York Groove, more balls out rock - Rip it out, Snow Blind. Haven’t thought about the album in a while, this proves he had some memorable tunes.

Gene already told Sefan about "differences" with KISS members. What should he answer? "I had nothing to say. It was Paul's decision"? Should he stab Paul in the back? No, it was diplomatic enough what he said. And the previous members were already honoured enough.

@@HappyMachorino-bd8no How were the previous members already honored? This was the last Kiss concert ever. They could have, at a bare minimum, verbally thanked all previous members. They could have done a video montage of all the previous members and thanked them that way. That would have taken about 2 minutes. It was a shitty thing to do.

Eddie finally gave Ace credit for his tapping inspiration. I don't mean, Ace literally created it, or was the first person to ever do it. But it was Ace's style that intrigued Eddie, he said "I went to the 1975 Dressed To Kill tour, saw him playing, took it and practiced and practiced until I made it perfect and it became my signature style"

@@RonaldWilliams-qh7zc His age, his bad habits and his lack of commitment to his art. He was great rock guitarist in the 70s. He's done nothing over his career to build on that. He plays the same licks over and over. Stuff I was playing at 16 and kids today are doing even younger.

@@artistsonrecord No, it isn't. Ace started with some ability on the early Kiss records, but he immediately immersed himself into the rock star lifestyle, including his additions, and HE NEVER GREW. NOT ONE BIT.
