Hi Brian, and Thanks for always in depth educational vids! Hope you can help me out Brian. I want to go from cal .25 to cal .177. Now the gun was bought as an .25, so I think, if not mistaken, that I need some extra inner parts for the L2 when shooting .177 to minimize the power and velocity. Just to explain my situation, as I live and work in three countries and like bringing my L2 with me into these countries, First Country: full FAC on all calibers, Second Country: Full FAC but only for .177(and no other calibers allowed), Third Country: 10joules max on all calibers. My L2 from stock is: 350mm .25 cal with E.A.R. reg. system. Nothing has been done so far to the gun, but could you perhaps find the time to give me a list on what I need for ordering extra parts, in order to accommodate my needs for each country. Much appreciate the help, and Thanks in advance. 🙏🏻
I have the standard 22 setup but I brought my reg down to 90 bar and am getting 710fps with a 14.5 grain. I get around 80 shots per fill with the standard air tube. I was wondering if I changed out jets if I could get more shots at that same power level or if this sounds like it's as good as it gets.
Hi, do I get it right that if I get EL2 set to 17J from factory and want to set it to 94J (350mm barrel, 0.30 cal), besides setting up the EAR regulator I also have to change the puck to the full open one and change the jets/nozzles? Or is it only dependent on the EAR regulator, which can go from 60 to 240 bar? Thanks!
hello please help with Leshiy 2 I bought a Leshi 2 350mm, I have a diabol JSB 6.35mm-2.2g, a power-breed of 150bar and the power is 252.86m / s-70.33j but I wanted more power so I gave a barrel 450mm and the power completely disappointed me 259, 43m / s-74.03j can you please advise me where the problem is I should have 87j ??? thank you Martin-czech republic
I sent mine in for a high power tune on a 350mm 25cal. When I installed the REPR I notice there was only one jet and a deep socket hex screw on the other side. What’s the purpose of that configuration?
I'm sub 12 ftlb.. I've got the standard reg, I'm using one 2.6mm jet with the other blocked off and a 2mm puck with the reg set at 97 bar. At 60 bar with a bore sized puck (I've tried it) it's too inconsistent with a std dev of 19 ft/sec so this is why I keep the reg set high with a std dev of 3 ft/sec. Are you saying that the EAR operates consistently at 60 bar? Because the standard reg doesn't.. at least mine doesn't. Thanks in advance! Great video!
After lots of testing I agree with Bryan Vella above: This low power tune you suggest with 2x 2mm jets and 60 bar (standard internal reg, new forward plug with inserts) with bore size puck gives me very inconsistent figures over 25fps. Gone back to 2x 1.2mm jets, 80 bar reg, 2.5mm puck, now its 6fps variant over 8 shots. .22 350mm LW barrel using 14.7gr Webley Lazadome (think these are a crosman pellet, I found 2 tins that I bought many years back but boy they shoot straight! 1 hole groups at 30 yrds, 8 shots. I have the EAR REPR as well, at some point I'll test this reg with 2mm jets.
Yes! You'll see an even better improvement with 2mm jets, this will allow you to turn the reg even higher but still maintaining some efficiency due to the larger jets.. short dwell, high reg (95-100 bar) and a 2mm puck. Thanks!
@@edgunwestLLC Iv put new indexing wheel in and Tower, all the plastic inserts in the lug and springs, New ball and i have put the butt on a working leshiy it fires mint but just will not index Could it be the valve is leaking too much air,(Valve the white thing that goes in the brass cage"
Shocking after sales service, ordered parts and upgrades October 2021 from Ed, haven't recieved anything yet in South Africa, local distributar opted to order the same parts from Brian at Edgun West in February, haven't even recieved the invoice yet. Should have went for another brand my premium PCP gun is unusable, shocking service from all suppliers.
Really? Sure you ordered at the right shop? I ordered 3 times from the leshiy 2 shop, they always shipped almost instantly and UPS delivered 2 days later to germany...
@@EdShrekan Leshiy shop took more than a month to respond to my emails, still waiting for confirmation of order being shipped nevermind delivered from edgun himself and edgun west, it's been 7months and 3 months now. Lost interest. Anybody wants a L2?
