EDH/Commander The Fourteenth Doctor and Rose Noble Deck Tech Card by Card 

Thanks again on another build! You helped me brew out my Fifth, now I got a solid base for the Fourteenth I was having trouble on!

You should remove the Cultivate and Kodama's Reach from the list because you removed all but one basic land from the deck.

I’ve been looking into a fourteenth doctor with clara oswald (choose black) as a deck. Making the fifth color accessible makes room for: sisay weatherlight captain, primevals glorious rebirth, patriachs bidding and morophon, the boundless. All great in the gallifrey stands based wincon.

3 cards that ive found to successfully useful: Key to the City helps get through for our creatures that want to attack and commander damage, plus it can also be card draw. Psychic Paper also helps get though with commander damage. It also allows clara oswald to have one of our non doctors be able to trigger an extra time. But if someone shuts down your commander with an enchantment or something, you can also use the psychic paper to set off the legend rule and get him back into the command zone. And hero's podium wins games (especially if you get to copy it with the 6th doctors effect.) I had my commander become a copy of the 6th doctor, changed his name with the psychic paper, then cast the 6th doctor from my graveyard with the 8th doctors ability, triggering the 14th doctor, effectively having 3 6th doctors and then cast heroes podium. Killed 2 of my opponents with large unblockable commanders and the last opponent with the least amount of blockers with all the other legends

This was the first deck i fell in love with in MTG as a big doctor who nerd This is a very interesting take on the deck! I have been enjoying this deck with a black mana Clara Oswald Slotting in obeka Splitter of seconds for more upkeeps And black market connections for a steady stream of changelings that count as doctors each turn 👀 Oh and i also have greater auramancy which gives gallifrey stands shroud 2 things i learned from this video Is i never considered that captain sisay could tutor for gallifrey stands that's really cool! And also i didn't know this secret lair released so many sagas! Im definitely gonna see what i can slot in 👀

have a lokk to MARO, he said Morophon doesnt work for Doctors, so the Shapeshifters wont too... sadly
