EDH power-level review: Edric, Spymaster of Trest 

I had an interesting question recently: 'What would you say your best (strongest/most competitive) 3 commander decks are?'
I answered though it made me wonder not only what are my 3 strongest decks but also what makes each of my decks strong in the first place.
I started reviewing my 17 (soon to be 18) EDH decks in order from Animar, focusing on why the commander is good and / or what cards in the deck make the deck itself robust. Now it is Edric's turn.
