I've learned over the last few weeks edifier has some great audio equipment. another great video. keep up the good work (edit I commented before watching lol i when i said they are great products i was talking about the s350db and the 1700bts lol not this product lol

This is pretty good but it's an under £100 speaker. The S350db is very good for the price, not heard the 1700bt though?

@@UTILITARIANTVUK The edifier 1700BTS is an awesome set of speakers 2.0 they have all the features of the s350db but without a sub. but they are £100 cheaper coming in at about for the BT version without a sub port at roughly £140.(more Bass Heavy) and for the newer model 1700bt(S)with better remote and sub output coming in at around £160 (less bass heavy as they have a sub output) fantastic set of bookshelf speakers from all the research I've done about them. but because I'm a bass head lol I decided to go for the s351db. hope that helps

No need to be splitting hairs. The Edifier MS50A It's not a "smart" speaker; it's a "wireless" speaker. Similar in capability to the Sonos Play:1 (first generation). For the price, I think it delivers adequately.

I agree, it isn't a smart speaker but Edifier still call it a 'smart' speaker.
