As nice as the home looks, it still needs some fixing up to do. I would also knock down the staircase areas and make it a floating staircase to open up the living room and make it look more grandeur than it is. so many ideas for this home 😊

What is all the black spots on the outside of the house? I seen it on a few other house you showed? We enjoy watching these videos. You can definitely get more for your money in Texas 👍 We live in Florida but Texas is looking very appealing right about now 😂

I live in Edinburg, TX. This is not the best you can get for the money they are asking. Many comments point out the 'clunky' way the house is put together. I certainly agree. Big houses with big yards are plentiful down here. Just remember the property tax in Edinburg is BRUTALLY high. I imagine this house is in excess of $10K a year. You may be able to mediate that amount with a agricultural exemption, but that means raising critters like goats, chickens, or cows...or horses. House is okay, but for $680K, I would expect a much better layout and much higher quality materials. I assume the location is way up in northern Edinburg, which isn't the most desirable place for amenities like shopping, the university, schools, etc.

I think the wood floors on the 1st floor were installed incorrectly. They should go side to side instead of front to back. The 2nd floor looks fine.

It’s a safe room because it’s pretty much on the border. That’s why it’s cheap with so much land. Beautiful house though.

For such a beautiful house I was very disappointed in the staircase. What a waste of a first impression. Whomever designed the staircase has very little talent for aesthetics. A staircase in a house like that needs to be open which makes the house look luxurious. You walk in and you see storage area to the left of the staircase it looks like a return staircase that should be located in a back hallway, instead of the main staircase. On a scale of 1 to 5 I give it a one only because it’s functional to get to the second level. I wouldn’t buy this house just because of that. The realtor Isaiah does a good job, so no criticism for him. Either the architect or the designer needs to only design lower end one story houses.
