I think the correct play is Secutor into double equeste to get back chariot and besti. Frog can’t come back next turn since FF is on board. Secutor is threatening to end the game if the opponent can’t answer it, you have bestiari in hand if opponent tops miracle so you can gyzarus the ab zero and future and tag back into retiari on the frog and equeste to bounce the chariot.
At the end of the third game, the frog player should have bounced the swap frog. Then he can next turn send the 2nd Treeborn or if he draws a water monster, special summon swap to tribute for vanity.
@@LegacyRetroFormats I can see people playing it in GBs it’s alright I don’t personally play Yata idk it’s hard to fit in cards I only play 40 and only 40 I never go 41 unless I absolutely need to ina tournament but always at 40 I think consistency is key in yugioh
Darius was the correct play IMO as you do more dmg and if the opponent has a Gorz, you can Murmillo and Equeste, pop, get Chariot back. If he doesn't keep the Retiari and Equeste play and same result. Secutor would have been ok if he had Waboku to follow up after.
My goodness that first turn play by Javi was so aggressive. Basically sealed that game with that first turn play. He was down to 2 cards by the end of the hero frog guys turn 2, and without test tiger it’s so hard to get over monarchs. I don’t like Javis first turn at all
@@LegacyRetroFormats even then. It’s not like secutor is an auto win in that spot. What are you doing if he does get his eff off? Double laquari? That’s not exactly that great either. The risk felt higher than the reward
