I'm playing Madeline in my high school's One Act Play. I was terrified because I have never played the lead in a show before, and it's especially worrisome because I want to do this show as much as justice as possible as I hope to ensure the world does not forget Lockerbie. Thank you for posting this. Its inspiration is immeasurable, and I hope to carry that with me to the stage.
I watched this production at the University of Wyoming as a requirement of my introduction to theatre class. I wept and laughed the first time I watched it. this time, I really wept through a lot of it. I too lost a son, but it was not in a plane crash. It was an automobile accident. I was able to understand how the people felt even more so as I watched it again.
I got cast as Olive. My performance is on Tuesday. I am super excited to finally perform in it! Working on it has also been hard work, but super exciting.
@@alondratapia5535 We did really well! Not as much of a turnout on show nights, but our performance was really good! This video ended up being a model for everyone else's accents!
@@alondratapia5535 I recommend writing how to say common words and vowels on a sheet of notebook paper that people can use as a sort of "pronunciation bible" of sorts!
