Lokibae he is just not strong enough yet. He makes himself still very long and is not on his backhand during some of these exercises. This will change with time and training
@Lokibae, He is trained using the cruel, and banned, Rollkur. Until the FEI enforces the ban, you will see this. *THIS WILL NOT CHANGE WITH TIME AND TRAINING.*
I agree 100% with everything you say Seona & Lynda. For me Edward Gal is El Supremo, technically second to none. Zonik is another wonderful young horse being brought on gently & slowly with regard for his physical & mental wellbeing. I think Patrick did just tip the post & yes & it was great to see Emile do so well, it has been a long time coming. A fabulous evening & fabulous to watch again, thank you very much for posting x

lynda miller To be honest, I think the judges got it spot on but still think this is a heart stopping horse! Saw him in the summer and there was something special about him. Quality and presence!
Seona Williams yes you’re right...he had such presence and was so graceful,I really wanted him to win...there wasn’t much between the top 3, Emile did really well too..I was convinced I’d filmed him too, but can’t find it ☹️
Wie traurig... das Pferd ist hinten leicht durchtrittig, kann bei der Grußaufstellung nicht geschlossen stehen und nicht aus dem Halt direkt antraben... der Schweif pendelt nicht, sondern steht starr ab. Das ist keine Reitkunst mehr, das ist einfach nur armselig und traurig.
yes i am happily suprised how Zonik has developed with his special rider but there is another good horse which is performing Piaff/Passage by the time in extraordinary manner, its Rosamunde with Steffen Peters.......its so exciting to see how the horses grow up
