I’m a yankee fan but I have to say the I love his entrance and as a puertorrican I feel proud of sugar Diaz to be at the top and be the best closer in MLB today 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
Cardinal fan here to say this is one of the most intense closer entries. Gives you chills for sure. Imagine being the closer and this is the hype you get entering, then to get the save would be an unreal rush. It's pretty cool really.
One of my favorite entry songs-a walkup, actually-involved your All-Star third baseman. At Wrigley, when he came up to bat for the first time in a recent series, the organist played Styx's "Mr. Roboto." Think about that one for a second.
As a Pirate fan, I have to live vicariously through other teams (who actually have ownership that tries to win) to garner any excitement for MLB. This is why I keep watching/loving this dude’s entrance and the fan reaction. 👌👌👌
Lmao yeah I’ve watched no pirates games this year mostly due to blackout, was watching angels games at the beginning of The year but now I’ve moved on to watching jays games and cardinals
Narco is one of the coolest walkout themes I’ve ever heard. From a diehard Metallica fan my #1 gotta be Enter Sandman. Diaz is one helluva closer, really sucks to see him get injured and hope he makes a quick recovery and be back on the mound soon
Let me set the scene: Game 7 of the World Series, top of the ninth, home team leading, the lights go out, this music starts, and out walks Edwin. Lights flash to the beat of the song as well. Place goes absolutely WILD. Oh, Timmy Trumpet is out on the field as well.
@@davemoody9868 If you listen, the trumpet is echoing throughout the stadium and he played a few notes differently from the recording. So, I am not sure where you got your music degree but seemed pretty live to me.
@@unixistehbest sound doesnt come out of a trumpet while you are breathing in. He may have played later but music was being played from the sound room.
It's funny how things even out. Here he's against the Dodgers. I'm sure we all remember from 2002 to 04 when Eric Gagne came out for the Dodgers. That was absolutely electric because it shared Hells Bells with Trevor Hoffman. And both of those were insane.
Anyone remember 3 years ago when we (Mets fans) hated this dude? He gave up HR after HR after HR. It's been cool to see him mature. He deserves this. I'm so glad he's with the Mets!🤘🏼
@@mwg911hk, I wish golf balls had a built-in Bluetooth speaker that played this song. Then, it would be easier to find after I slice it in the woods from the tee.
and shank it OB off the first tee too haha:P. Played in a money match a month ago (only a couple hundred) and the guys we played against had thunderstruck but they actually nuked their drives.
I wish he got this much attention when he was on the Mariners. He was as good if not better and had the same song with an even cooler scoreboard intro than some mascots playing trumpets
@@lightningsadventures8224 no it doesn't. The fact that the Mets are actually winning and playing good ball is what makes it good because as the closer that's his job. I don't think he was coming out consistently with the Mariners.
As a clutch power hitter way way back in the day I was never afraid to face any pitcher even a guy who was a mlb prospect throwing 97-99 mph. But this for some reason would have me a little intimidated
