You can save a lot of time using the multitasking button at the bottom of the screen to jump between the hex editor and programmer without having to back out every time.
Thank you very much. I followed the steps carefully and thanks to you I got the pin code out of a Dodge Ram. I tried two machines using the metal and blank key method, but to no avail. So I removed the MCU with a hot air tool (my first time) and followed your steps. Same MCU number but a Ram Instead of a Cherokee. I saw the Dump file and figured out the pin code. However when I tried with Write Key via Dump, I loaded the file and it didn't give me the key info, neither the pin code. However I went back to the IMMO> Dodge> Read PIN by Dismantle> and loaded the dump file I saved and it gave me the pin code, the same one I saw on the Dump file. Thanks.
Thank you for all the good information that you are sharing and providing, it really does help out a lot to the people really interested in getting more familiar with the autel im and xp products. I've recently purchased an im608 and have been messing around with it and picking up tips from your videos. I had a question, on the pc version of the programmer, not the autel programmer, but the one you said was in non English... i finally found it on autel and was able to download it, but when I open it's still in I believe Chinese, how'd you get yours to display in English? any help would be appreciated and please keep up the good videos coming
