I prefer the DA over the EFF despite being black. The ANC has achieved balance with their GNU, ensuring representation for all races. The EFF/MK seems to only prioritize black individuals for leadership roles, even if they may not be the most qualified. It is important for the ANC to prevent the EFF from causing division in the country. Many of us vote based on service delivery rather than race or historical events. As the prof pointed out along side prof Dr Ongama Mtimka yesterday. It doesnt matter who is in the post the minister's duty is to implement national policy. He also hoped to that point there would be representation of multiple parties in each ministry. I must say it sounds like the best way of forming a true GNU. Giving ANC all the ministers as they had the most votes and make DA deputies to all. That way the DA and ANC can keep each other accountable in these ministries and have the small parties members in the office of these ministries to ensure the DA and ANC is not trying to do back door deals amongst themself. ANC and the other parties can ensure the DA doesnt try and take advantage of the poor. This will also ensure that everyone has the same amount of stake to make everything work instead of DA trying to out perform the ANC in certain ministries and pointing out failures in ANC ministries and vice versa. That would be a actual GNU.

Changing policies is practically irrelevant as long as corruption rages through the ministeries. If the DA just focuses on rooting out corruption they will significantly improve delivery even if they do not change a single policy.

I like how the MKP is clear on the fact that it respects the Constitution. It is pro-transformation, and that may include transforming the constitution to serve the majority of this country in a way that will see Black and White people being equal economically.

But if you don't like the laws, the same constitution allows amendments to take place legally. So, if you mobilize the public and the majority agree, you can enter the executive and government according to the will of the people.
