Sir i hav one doubt can u make one video on this During weight gain if my weight 60Kg Maintenance calorie will be example 2000. I will add 200calorie extra 2200. Then after one week i will reach 65Kg so then my Maintenance calorie vary again or i need keep same. Because my Target weight is 80KG. My doubt is when body weight increases gradually i need increase my calorie accordingly please i need an answer.

Excuses. The earliest school time Ive ever heard of is 5 40 leaving home, 5 o clock get up, 20 mins bathe/change, 20 mins eat..u dont even need 20 mins to eat. Im nearly certain ur school doesnt start any earlier than that. Stop making excuses, cooking this breakfast and eating it takes no more than 12 minutes, wake up 12 minutes earlier, its not hard.

This is more than 1800 kcal. diet Oats, peanut butter and soya chunks are not at all good for weight loss. They are very high in calories. While uploading video you should also give the amount of calories which each food is giving.

Because weight loss depends on your total calories intake and here calories are less and there calories are more. Diet can be same for both.
