Thank you Connie for your amazing video training. How to you run the cleanup in the "New O365" I do not see the arrow by the Delete Icon to delete conversations.

Thank you so very much for this video, I was done when my inbox showed 10800 emails, and I could not give myself an answer on how that happened.

Thank you Connie, this is great. You do a great job with your videos, but I need to write somewhere how much I HATE OUTLOOK. I am working on a Mac and switched to Legacy to try and get it to look like yours, but my program looks different, and these techniques don't work for me. Not just this video, but all the videos I find to try and help me, all the outlooks look different. I can't get good direction; nothing is intuitive and works as it should. I can group them by "from" but my program won't let me delete them all at once. INFURIATING.

Thanks for your message Leah. I understand. Microsoft tricks definitely do not work the same on a Mac. Have you tried to use the SHIFT key to select multiple emails? Also the Command key will select non-consecutive emails. Other than that I do not see the same options. Sorry.

@@MissionComputers thank you so much for getting back to me. Shift does work, it would just be so much faster to do it like you show. I just don't think Microsoft and Mac mix well. Thank you again!!
