It might sound strange, but that’s great!! It means you are getting some release. I would suggest repeating it and see which words if any still trigger your feeling and emotion to rise.. then keep tapping while talking out loud about how you feel, what it brings up until you feel it shifting, Jo x

Thank you for this. I felt energised after the tapping. I am a homoeopath, so used to working with energy. The mind, body, spirit connection is so clear. My uterus dropped out of me the week my husband died 12 years ago. I have had a successful hysteropexy (resuspension), but now have a slowly worsening bladder prolapse. The original cause of pelvic floor weakness was birth injury. Surprise, surprise. I don't feel shame or embarrassment about my body, and I do recognise what an amazing thing our women's bodies are, but i do feel some anxiety about the progression of my prolapse. With love to all ❤️

That’s a sign that the tapping helped to shift some buried emotions.. keep tapping and see if you can work out which sentences triggered that feeling, what the feeling is and then repeat the tapping sequence with your own words just talking through how you feel.. that should help you identify what might need more work and let go of some negativity.. please do feel free to reach out if you need more advice. This is also true. I do have a question though if it’s not totally related to this, I have a prolapse, a rectocele and Gastro paresis. I was wondering if there’s some kind of support because it’s so heavy down there. It feels like concrete around my belly button but I’m skinny when I lift up on it with my hands it feels good. It gives me some relief from pressure down there, so I was wondering if there’s some kind of support we could wear temporarily to see if it helps.

The technique is really interesting but I struggled to copy the spoken script because I don't personally feel a lot of those things and it felt like someone else's story. Can you use the same technique but speak your own script?

Also look into Dr Bradley Nelson's Emotion Code book! It's INCREDIBLE! Has helped our family immensely. Then find a practitioner. They don't have to local bc energy work can be done from anywhere. I'm in TX, and my fully vetted, practitioner is in OK!! She's amazing!! Its been life changing for our family.

You can do a super quick "mini" tapping session as often as you like, even multiple times per day! It’s up to you of course but I wouldn’t let something that seems strange or different keep me from finding peace and relief in this challenging life. Besides, EFT Tapping draws on the ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture. The tapping spots on the body are all acupuncture points. And ETF Tapping has been found to be an “evidence based” practice for anxiety, depression, phobias, and PTSD. That woo woo has scientific evidence behind it. Cheers 😊 P.S.
