Just picked up my first 5th gen D16z6 with a turbonetix 50mm setup pushing around 18lbs of boost. And your absolutely right about ambient temperature playing it's part in increasing or decreasing hp at max boost. I live in South Carolina so i fully understand that principle. I am getting on a cooler day around 375- 400whp. So hotter days i am easier on her due to sputtering at higher rpm. Love the build so far and looking forward to seeing you finish her up.

@@jcrisen5417 Yup, 3” from turbo back and the last 8” of it is 3” flex pipe. Should be adding a parts/build video here soon. The HKS knockoff sounds a lot “chirpier” at higher boost levels, it didn’t sound quite like that at 5/10 psi

@@MuddafukhingdisKUST Bottom end has eagle H beam rods, cp 9.0:1 75.5 pistons, arp rod bolts/headstuds, acl bearings. Some head work but nothing major and a bunch of other misc parts. Hasn’t seen the dyno yet but roughly 250-300 depending on ambient temperature. That’s sweet man, what’s your WHP goal?

Around 300hp on 20 psi on a cold day, have a new video out if you want to check it out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GnEP9XIH58c.html , tuned it myself so it has not seen the dyno yet for real numbers. I usually fill up 5 gallons of 93, gets about 5-20 mpg depending on on my lead foot lol
