i don't think that's a good idea, if such a rule is implemented it would probably shut down a lot of the more orginal ideas and we'd end up with boring things such as the thing bobby made in this video. Everyone would just use light materials such as popcorn, bubblewrap and plastic bags. Although it is a competetion, it's primary purpose is to be entertaining. To futher illustrate my point. if you had the choice of watching one of two different videos, one where bobby and william both buy bubblewrap and a container and one where they both come up with something interesting such as the jelly and popcorn idea, what would you then watch? I'd personally think that the jelly popcorn style video would be more entertaining.

@@harms123 you definitely could make something lighter than bobby's. I do kinda agree though. Bobbys had a 100% chance of keeping the egg safe, so there should be some way to beat bobby instead of tie is all I'm saying.

@@harms123 also, rigid materials that are heavy still are useful, its kindve a game of chicken as to weather you believe the opponent can actually make a decent contraption. If you know they will then the materials would come into play
