Whip Up My Signature Egg Fried Rice in Just
10 Minutes! Always Super Tasty and Perfect for a Quick, Delicious Meal.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, green bell peppers, corn)
2 eggs
2 cups of cooked rice
Salt and black pepper to taste
A dash of soy sauce
Spring onion, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables (carrots, green bell peppers, corn) and cook until tender. You can use any combination of vegetables as per your preferences.
Push vegetables to the side and scramble 2 eggs in the pan.
Mix eggs with vegetables, then season with salt, black pepper, and add rice and a dash of soy sauce.
Cook until well combined and Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot. This recipe yields 2-3 servings.
Tips:
* Ensure that the rice is cooked and chilled overnight, as this helps prevent it from becoming mushy when fried.
* Customize your egg fried rice by adding cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for added protein.
* If using fresh vegetables, make sure they are chopped into small, uniform pieces for even cooking.
