Mam kya aap hindi me vdo nahi banati. Mam mai eggless hi cakes banati hu. Lekin mai jab sirf sponge ko khati hu ya smell karti hu to mujhe baking sodaki smell aati hai.Mam plz mujhe iska solution bataye plz.
My hot milk cake doesn't come great....when I checked it in the oven it was baked but while cooling down and after cutting , it looks like not baked ....where I might be going wrong ??? Could you plz clarify ? Thanks in advance
No it is not compulsory.. just that small substitutions like these enhabce the flavour quotient and helps the recipe stand apart.. but if you do not have it or are allergic to it you can use same amount of plain flour but if you can source it I would highly recommend adding it
@@kskarthikvaishakfifth8391 yes almond meal does not make a cupcake fluffy.. in fact it makes it heavy.. but the process to make the almond meal is right.. just grind almonds and sieve it..
