[Eggplant Rice]
1. Cut 4 eggplants at will and chop 1 green onion.
2. Grease a pan with cooking oil, add the sliced green onion, and add green onion oil.
3. Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, and sliced eggplant and mix.
4. Place the fried eggplant on top of the rice cooker as you would normally cook, and cook the rice.
[Egg Soup]
1. Cut 1 green onion diagonally
2. Shred 1/2 onion, 2 shiitake mushrooms, 1 enoki mushroom, and 1/4 carrot
3. Tear 1 pack of crab meat
4. Grease a pan with oil, add green onion oil, and add all the sliced ingredients and stir-fry.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, stir-fry, and pour 3 cups of water.
6. Season with fish sauce at the end and bring to a boil
7. Add 1 Tbsp of starch and 2 Tbsp of water, mix and pour gently while stirring.
8. Beat 2 eggs, pour lightly on top and turn off the heat to complete
[Stir-fried Sausages and Vegetables]
1. Cut 1 pack of Vienna sausages
2. Cut 1/2 each of blue, yellow, and red paprika into sausage-sized pieces
3. Cut 1/2 onion into the same size and slice 10 garlic cloves
4. Seasoning (3 Tbsp ketchup, 0.5 Tbsp red pepper paste, 1 Tbsp starch syrup, 1 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp pork cutlet sauce)
5. Grease a pan, add sausage and sliced garlic, and stir-fry until the sausage is golden
6. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for a while.
7. Add pepper and sesame seeds to finish
[Spicy chives]
1. Wash a handful of chives in a bowl and cut them into about 0.5cm lengths.
2. Finely chop 1/2 onion, 3 Cheongyang peppers, and 1 red pepper.
3. 1 green onion (white part) finely chopped
4. Add 6 Tbsp soy sauce, 5 Tbsp fish sauce, 1 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp plum extract, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp red pepper powder, 3 Tbsp water and mix.
5. It's delicious whether you mix it with bare rice, mix it with noodles, or wrap it in seaweed.
[Sweet Potato Stem Kimchi]
1. Put sweet potato stems in 2L of water with 4 tablespoons of salt, pickle them for about 15 to 20 minutes, and peel them.
2. Blanch the sweet potato stems in boiling water without salt for about 2 minutes, rinse in cold water, and set aside.
3. Slice a handful of chives into 4-5cm lengths and shred 1/2 onion
4. In a blender, 1/2 onion, 1/2 pear (apple), 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1/2 cup whole garlic, 1/2 cup plum extract, 1/2 cup fish sauce, 7-8 red peppers, rice Add 2 tbsp and grind
5. Put the ground seasoning in a bowl of radish and add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder and mix well.
6. Add sweet potato stems, chives, and onions, season with salt, and it's done.
