Doctor please give right information… if one have commercial hormonal eggs often then sure their cholesterol level will increase… need to consume organic hen eggs for safe side as it has lots of benefits

Pehla baat hai dil khush ho gaya , itna achcha lag raha hai ke kya kahe .. bina tension eggs khaa payenge , kripaya Fish oil ke baare me details dijiye , koun sa khana chahiye , kitna khana chahiye etc etc. Thanks in advance

Desi ande natural hote hain. Zyada rich hain nutrition me. Farm ke ande me utni jaan nahi. Wo injections se paida hote han.

Sir you study is appreciable but still confusion exit about eating eggs. I do big bricks walk daily but fear eating eggs. Despite my continue hard work out in walk my recent ldl was 122, HDL 44 and Triglycerides 115. Now avoiding these types of foods for 3 month unless come to ideal cholesterol levels.

Thank you Dr. May Allah bless you for ur valuable advise. I was having high level cholesterol levels past 4 years. I was determined to cut this down to normal range and failed twice before. In Aug22 I got my lipid test done and Cholesterol levels were 252 Total cholesterol, HDL 33, LDL 228, Triglycerides 230. Last 2 months I followed ur advise aling with Diet control, cutting down on high carbs, sugar, fat etc.. exercise 6 days a week. After 2 months my levels dropped to Total Cholesterol 228, HDL 45.6, LDL 148, Triglycerides 172. Levels dropped from very high range to Moderate risk range. I am so relieved.. will continue doing same for 1,2 more months to get all the levels under required normal range. Thanks much once again❤

Butter और घी(चाहे गाय का क्यों न हो) एकदम कम कर देना चाहिए।।दूध भी सबसे सस्ता(मलाई निकाला हुआ) पीना चाहिए।। मेरे triglycerides बहुत बढ़ गए थे और ldl भी,ये रोज bread पर लगा कर खाने से।। पनीर खाना भी खतरनाक है।।

मै पहिली बार आपसे सुन रहा हू की अंडे का पिला भाग खानेसे कॉलोस्टोल नही बढता ! परंतु मुझे तो आहार विशेषग्य ने कहा है की अगर अंडा खाना है तो सिर्फ सफेद भाग ही खाओ ! पिले भाग से कॉलेस्ट्रोल बढ़ेगा !

बहुत समय से रोज़ तीन अंडे खा रहा हूँ और कोई कोलेस्ट्रॉल में फ़रक नहीं पड़ा । सप्ताह में दो बार चिकन भी खाता हूँ । प्लांट बेस्ड प्रोटीन सप्लमेंट भी लेता हूँ परंतु यह भी है कि मैं सप्ताह में पाँच या छह बार आठ आठ किलोमीटर दौड़ता हूँ ।यानि ४० से ४८ किमी हर सप्ताह दौड़ना और कठोर व्यायाम कर रहे हों तो रत्ती भर भी चिंता करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है ।

I have been consuming 2-3 egg daily since 2.5 years...with daily 20-25 exercise....not found and problem in my body....rather i gained 10 kg weight muscle... From 55-65 kg...i have transformed my body much...

Hi Doctor, I am on fibator 10mg since last 1 year. My weight is 78Kg and age is 32 years. My TG was 560 and HDL was 39 and cholesterol 230. Doctor has advised to take medicine for lifetime. Any suggestion on how yo decrease naturally and Can I consume 2 eggs per day ?

Drink 250 ml of vegetable juice (gajar Chukandar palak adrak pudina mix) One month Avoid all meat milk and egg Sugary food packed food.ghee Makhan .less sarso oil food Daily gym workout In Morning fruit Lunch and dinner with Lots of salad After one month check Lipid profile.

If fired, use only a healthy oil like olive oil or sunflower oil not more than one teaspoon. If you use it boiled, that is best.

Agar urine protein 2+,TG-230mg/dl, Cholesterol-200mg/dl,Urea, creatinine-normal to bhi egg le sakte hain?

Butter और घी(चाहे गाय का क्यों न हो) एकदम कम कर देना चाहिए।।दूध भी सबसे सस्ता(मलाई निकाला हुआ) पीना चाहिए।। मेरे triglycerides बहुत बढ़ गए थे और ldl भी,ये रोज bread पर लगा कर खाने से।। पनीर खाना भी खतरनाक है।।

क्या उबले हुए अंडे खा सकते हैं आमलेट खा सकते हैं केलोस्ट्रोल ज्यादा बढ़ा हुआ है कोई साइड इफेक्ट तो नहीं होगा लीवर में भी प्रॉब्लम है लीवर में तो कोई दिक्कत नहीं आएगी

I was having 20 mg storvas since past 20 years avoiding egg. About 2 years back I used to take avarage 2 eags daily. Now my cholesterol is below 150 all other parameters are also acceptable. Now doctor stop storvas.

Its not about only 2eggs sir,, Our overall diet thrue a day matters, Our fizical activity matters, Our life style matters, Our stress level matters, Even our nature also matters sir, More angry ppl has high clrstrl level, and calm ppls has nrml clrstrl level, Wt i mean to say is pls dont compare clrstrl lever with only eggs sir,, Only eggs r not couse of high clrstrl in our body.

Colestrol level sirf 1 chij pr depend nahi krta, jin logo pr study ki gai unme sirf 1 common chij thi ki unhone roj 3'ande khae,, Baki bahot factors jaise ki sab ki life style, fizikl activities, stress level, 3ando ke alaava pure din ki overall diet, family medical histry, ext.. Ext.. Ext.. Ye sabkuchh diffrent ho skta he, It dosnt mean u r providing wrong information but i personnaly cant trust this kind of study...

@@syedrummannaqvi143 1 ande me 186.5 mg colestrol hota he,, to 3 ando ka 559.5 mg hua,, Ab 1 insan ki cholesterol ki daily recomdeation 200 mg se less hoti he,, Yani ki agar koi daily 3 ande khata he to to body ki jarurat se 3guna jyada colestrol consum kr rha he,,, Ab aap simple logic lagaao ki body ki jarurat se 3 guna jyada doge to badhega ki nahi??
