Please, before you cut the gutter shorty try it on a wet car. That nozzle is a convergent duct. The outlet air pressure will decrease but the air velocity will increase. This might be better for blow’n water off a slick painted surface. Ear plugs should always be worn with these blowers They have bad hi freq. noise
I was just comparing Matt's custom stubby tip and the gutter extension piece and found this video. Just wondering if you had a chance to compare if one performed better at drying off your Tahoe? Good stuff! 👍
tried that and it doesn't work as well nor does it add the same velocity plus these also act as a little bit of a shield to stop the fans inside from getting damaged or even hurting you .. I could easily see a hoodie string getting sucked into this if not careful :X
@@HonestlyOCD anytime you shorten it, you will loose velocity. What makes you think the difference between a stubby and no attachment will have a difference on velocity . Secondly, that outlet side where force air is coming out. How can something be suck in.
@@TigOlBitties0000 trust me there is very little difference. Not even enough that you can feel it if you put your hand in front of it. You want maximum velocity, put the original long attachment. Secondly, you think that having a stubby will speed up the process vs having no attachment?
@@HonestlyOCD true I feel you . Some people want it simply because it’s a pretty attachment even though you don’t really need it . Just like putting aftermarket rims on a rolls Royce !
