Thank you for using Egyptian food it means a lot to me since I’m Egyptian and nobody really try’s our food but it’s so good I recommend you trying koshey :D
shame on you egyptians for saying "traditional" and stealing greek dishes and refering it to egypt. Go ask your grandmother if she was doing bechamel. The french name bechamel itself prooves that it is not egyptian.
Thank you Howard, I just knew recently that it’s called “Pastitsio”, it’s a popular traditional dish in Egypt too and they just call it Macaroni with Béchamel 😄 I love it too! 😍👍🏻
Adventures In Food with Howard The Greeks have their own version of every single Arab dish lol. The only thing i think is original of theirs is Moussaka. I don’t understand why they have to rename every dish from the Arab cuisine.

I stumbled onto your channel today and I love how simple your instructions are, it's so easy to follow and it looks absolutely DELICIOUS! All the best to you and I can't wait to see more recipes!
Hi Em, it's a good looking pasta bake, just love it! It seems to be less time consuming than making a lasagna, there's no multiple layers, right? I love to make and eat lasagna, but I don't prepare it often, because it takes a lot of time to have it done.
Egypt's favorite dish with the Egyptian-style stuffed grape leaves, which are loaded with an abundance of parsley and dill. I absolutely love them and could happily eat them for the rest of my life without getting bored.
So I followed this recipe for tonight’s dinner and I must say... it is flawless!!! Thank you sooo much for a delish easy spin on a traditional favorite!!!
It looks like so delicious! Thank you for your beautiful cooking video! The best part of your video I love is your gradually add milk when making white sauce.
@@cutiecrybaby5381 Haha, I only know two songs made by him, but I like these kind of lofi songs :) I can neeeeever remember the name of the songs or the artists, so yeah if I know a song, I'll gladly comment ^^ Again, you're welcome 😊
Tried making it one time, and misread a tsp as tbsp, ended up with cinnameat. I'm working up the courage to try again since I've moved into a new place and because it looks just so good.
I have one question - can something else be used to substitute for ground beef? My family and me are vegetarians, and I really want to try this recipe. Can someone clarify?
I hate when people dump the seasoning in one spot.... You have the Entire pan, use it!!! Spread the seasoning around the entire pan.....saves on time and mixing. Instead, you dump ALL the seasoning in one spot which makes mixing that much more difficult. Why!?!? If you put salt and pepper on a hoagie/sub sandwich, do you put the seasoning in the center of the sandwich?!? 🤔 NO! You spread it around.
I make this but minus the cheese. I will try this version though, I like the idea of tomato sauce in the ground beef it reminds me of the Greek version pastitsio.
This feels very similar to a lot of the Greek recipes For pasta bakes. Would I be right in thinking that this recipe made its way to Egypt with Alexander the great?
