🐟 4 bocanegras
Water for blanching
200 grams of clams
250 grams of milk-cap mushrooms
3 Kennebec potatoes
Salt
🍅 🧅 🧄 For the 'Romesco' sauce:
2 'Romesco' peppers
1 medium onion
60 gr. of hazelnuts
60 gr. of almonds
6 cloves of garlic
2 roasted tomatoes
70 gr. of dry bread
1 glass of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil
A pinch of pepper
Salt
