Tbf for casters it does feel like a bit of a struggle choosing between leveling health and your main casting stat early on. I just got my vigor to 30 (around 1000 hp) and haven't touched it since, its been more than adequate for now.

@VaderxG I didn't look up any builds per say, I just made like 12 different characters and leveled them all to about 50 before deciding what I wanted in a character, then I realized I could respec my build after beating Rennala and decided to just fix up my fade a bit.

@@deadseven3474 you are gonna want vigor to be much higher for end game. Some bosses such as Malenia will one shot you with some attacks if you have less than 55-60 vigor.

Pretty sure with that hard cockney chav accent they're trying to go for a London boroughs kinda vibe. So, with black skin combined with a black voice actor - I can deduce that he is in fact black.
