@@onetiredgal5388One of Miquella’s goals is to use the Eclipse to create an unalloyed gold that will return Godwyn’s soul to his body, so he may have done the same for the rest of the soulless Demi gods.
I think Messmer is the boss at the end of the legacy dungeon shown in the trailer. I believe there will be a legacy dungeon at the foot of the Erdtree where we will fight Miquella and Godwyn.
Do you know how many people change names in Elden Ring??? Mesmer is definitely a version of Miquella they focus on Miquella's arm in the egg, then focus on Mesmer's long arm looking just like Miquella.
@@eror404acountnotfound9 now you mentioned it, i just realised what i hate the most is Miquella in the second phase because those fxxcking light attacks 😮💨
Miquella feels like a Ranni-type. He discarded his flesh, now existing as a spirit, and we will basically be carrying out one epic quest for him in the DLC
No. Messmer is not miquella. Miquella is always depicted with blond hair while his sister Melania has red hair. It's more likely it's a completely new demi god or maybe even empyrean of a different outer god than rot or the greater will. My current theory is that this character is the empyrean for the blood flame god which is called the formless mother. He does say "mother" in the trailer perhaps referring to the formless mother.
I think “mother” refers to queen marika because he is a child of queen marika along with melinia and miquella (notice how his name also starts with an M).
The final boss will be Godwyn look: The **Elden Ring** DLC, titled **"Shadow of the Erdtree,"** is highly anticipated by fans. We had the opportunity to speak with the game's director, **Hidetaka Miyazaki**, and here are some details about this expansion: 1. **Setting and Theme**: - **Shadow of the Erdtree** takes place in a **completely new land**, separate from the Mid-Lands. - This region is shrouded in the **particular Shadow of the Erdtree**, contrasting with the Erdtree in the Mid-Lands. - Players will journey to this Shadow of the Erdtree land, following the footsteps of **Miquella**, a key character in the story. - Additionally, **Queen Marika** plays a significant role in the plot, and her connection to the Shadow Land is a mystery to be explored. 2. **World Structure**: - The DLC will be structured similarly to the base game. - There will be **open-field maps**, **large dungeons**, and **smaller dungeons**. - Players can expect a similar experience to what they had in the main game. 3. **Central Antagonist**: - **Godwyn** is the central antagonist of the DLC. - His presence beneath the **Erdtree** is responsible for spreading darkness and **Deathroots**. In summary, **Shadow of the Erdtree** promises to expand the **Elden Ring** universe, introducing new locations, characters, and challenges for players to explore .
Maybe, the Messmer looks to have red hair, and the Radagon has red hair too. Also Marika and Miquela have blond hair. Maybe when they change, it will also change their hair. But the Miquela is at the end of the trailer, that looks like he wants to save the Erdtree (if it is the Erdtree)
@@tinystudio_games Messmer has a line in the trailer when he referred to a mother and a lord. Maybe he's mocking us and Marika about us being Elden lords. The line where he mentioned mother is what made me think he is Miquella.
@@tinystudio_games I don't think Marika and Radagon had the same objectives. Maybe Miquella's alter ego is evil, and the plot twist is about revealing Messmer real identity.
“Yeah so uh, I walked into the room and I saw her sleeping, and she immediately woke up, announced herself as your sword, and tried to kill me so In short your sisters dead”
I think miquella has a quest line like ranni, you'll find out more about the game while helping him achieve his goal and even perhaps courting him lol 😎.
“All those abandoned by the Grace of Gold shall meet death, in the embrace of Messmer’s flame.” So it sounds like he is at least somewhat a follower of the Golden Order. Also, he has draconian eyes that you get from dragon communion, which connects him at least somewhat to Godwyn, though he doesn’t seem to use lightning incantations. Snakes of course connect to him to Rykard, though that could be a second link to dragons(serpents, big reptiles, yk) he also has red hair, like Malenia and the other children of Radagon. Also, along with this, he speaks to his mother about lordship in a land bereft of light, which could easily be aimed towards Marika since according to the website the land of shadow, where Messmer supposedly rules based on the cover art, it is the first place Marika set foot in the lands between. As a last little thing, his name could be following the scheme of the children or Radagon/Marika; Malenia, Miquella, Messmer( and possibly Melina) though his name doesn’t end with an A, so who knows.
I watched some lore vids and they mention SNAKES as traitors so i hope i give some xplanition why messmer is NOT miquella Have fun until DLC comes out fellow Tarnished's
He most prominently resembles Rykard imo, hes got the snakes, a similar looking flame, and the end of his spear looks similar to the blasphemous blade.
I found Mesmer surprisingly early into my DLC play through. He’s sort of a difficult Godrick in the way the map opens up just beyond him. Took 9 tries, he tracks panic rolling very well. I beat him after chilling out. Roll into the multistab combo then roll away when he lands and jump backwards to avoid getting impaled.
It's most likely the first demi god dlc boss fight the player will encounter. The reason i'm saying this is because for the base game trailer they revealed the first demi god but not much else so the dlc trailer is probably doing something similar.
They are selling this guy as a figurine same as Malenia though, Which makes me expect him to be atleast someone of notable prominence, rather than just an introductory boss.
@jondoe7036 But I'll say this From Soft has a history of presenting characters as the big bad, and then turning out to be relatively minor in the story and game as a whole. Yes I know about how they said mesmer and his flame but It would be unlike from soft to show the big bad main guy in the trailer. They would prefer the player to discover that big bad, main boss final boss whatever you want to call it, on their own.
I’m pumping out as many theory in my head so that I can look like a prophet after and one of them is a bit of a stretch I know but I also think it’s a possibility Which is their gonna pull a radagon and Marika, where Mesmer is revealed to be Miquella, Messmer is most likely a child of marika and radagon but miqulla does play a some what big role in this, I think k their gonna show that marika’s split personality thing might be hereditary and that miqulla has it.
no, there are paintings of rykard in volcano manor. Also, this takes place in the present. Most popular theory is that he is the third sibling of malenia and miquella.
I feel like the thing ranni did to cast away her flesh was done tons of times and that will be revealed in the dlc that any champions that didn’t respect the golden order were discarded of their flesh and cursed to live in a realm close but so far away at the same time
I think what happens is that you touch the arm and get transported to the past when the arm was well kinda human forgot the name but anyway you go to the past and have to set in place the event of the game or hes like another child of the gods or vessels of gods idk
Don’t think so he/she might be a before the final boss commitment in order to reach the soul boss of the blood fire (ie like the elden god creature after radagon will be a 2 or 4 stage boss fight with minimal assets/grace) so keen!!!! (Same as Godfrey to Radagon to Elden creature kind of vibe) - hopefully because that was the pinnacle of difficulty for me so far lol
I think he ll be one of the first Bosses from Software trailers normally reveal the first big Boss. They are Trolling us. I think The final Boss is miquella, godwynn Marika Herself, or an outer god.
I’m kinda hoping for a Marika boss fight. We only fought an empty husk, controlled by the Elden Beast. Who knows, their souls/consciousness might be in the Realm Shadow.
Idk, I don't think the final bosses are usually the ones they have focused on in previous trailers. I'm thinking this will be one an earlier but cooler boss like Ludwig or Artorias.
I think this guy will be one of the last bosses in the dlc, maybe second to last, but definitely one of the biggest highlights. The large screen time he got in the newest trailer indicates that he will play a big important role
