SKIP BUILD: 0:12 1 thing I learned while playing this build again - It is not suitable to play after work when tired, it really requires a lot of focus!
Real talk, you are the caster master that we need but don't deserve. I aspire to be as good as you when playing either of my int / faith characters. You're awesome and crazy skilled.
Thanks a lot 🙂 remember you just see the end product here, I really had a hard time with this build this time - swiftslash, scattershot, raging beast etc. all give this build a really hard time 🙂and I played when tired, that was a mistake, this build requires 100% concentration in my experience.
As an invader, you have to know your matchups well, there's nothing wrong about weapon swaps. You ain't trynna fight no backstab fisher with a colossal weapon for example.
While the comment regarding backstab vs colossal is very true I still see my preferred challenge in "working what I have". Todays video is Crucible Knight video, I have 80 faith so I could have used Miquella's Light, Giantsflame Take Thee etc. but I reduced myself to the theme and try my best with it. It is just a different playstyle. Hardswapping is optimal playstyle, mine is ... non adaptive and hope for the best? 🙂
@@quanny4690it takes practice sure but tbh it’s so sweaty. I get maybe talisman swaps or gear swaps to maximize heals but I’d rather watch someone make a build and commit to it rather than making the most generalist build and hard swapping to 5 different weapons to chain L2s.
Gravitas into roiling magma brings me back to the old days of my 24 faith 60 int caster fighting at MAG. Good times... Edit: Speaking of which, weapons like hand axes, flails, and (I think) hammers can land an R1 after the gravitas pull as a true combo ;)
The gravitas combo into that roiling magma still goes so crazy every time I see it lmfao it’s so fun seeing flashy theme builds like this dude keep it up 🙏
This talisman alone makes me regret deleting my fire sorcerer The fashion i had running for him was incredible too: Cleanrot armour Radahn gauntlets/leggings Aristocrat heaband Mt gelmir staff Meteoric katana (playstyle not favoured but fashion is A+++) Probably the best looking sorcerer id ever made Love your videosman, please dont ever stop And your laugh always makes the videos 😂😂😂
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 Actually iv made a new character, Lone shadows Reimagined Take a look when you get a chance Its not maxinised at all But it has been called the most unique build ever by almost every single player i vs online with Basically out creating my own combat systems within Fromsoft mechanics
I wouldn’t say that they’re better but they definitely are cooler! Catch flame and giants flame take thee are probably going to be more reliable than magma sorceries for most people
That's some big damage! How about a "justice for Mohg" sort of build, since it seems appropriate? 😁 I recently created a new character with that theme in mind heh
@@rabbitsinthemoon9183 I don't entirely know myself other than making a mohg inspired build. Or perhaps a mohgwyn dynasty build with reduvia and other relevant weapons perhaps. Also using the new blood invocation, though I heard it's not very good, as it doesn't add enough bleed build up but I haven't tried it myself. The scadutree one seems very good for building bleed but it's a sorcery. Seems fitting considering the lore of the DLC and how Mohg was exonerated 😁
Its a RL168 build with the Staff of Great Beyond and the Glemir staff. 60 Vigor, 30 Mind, End 19, Str 11, Dex 15, Int 28, Faith, 70 and Arc 14. 28 faith for Miriam's Vanishing cause I combo it into Mesmers Orb and Fire snake. To close out what the heavy and slow magma spells can't. And the 15 dex is for my Flame Pata's for low mana or forced physical fights. I did have trouble getting people to get hit by rolling magma so im stealing your gravitas idea lol!
My starting class is Vagabond (least useless arcane points for these type of builds), so this is where the 14 str come from (str is still has more use than arcane). Uchigatana is a solid choice with low requirements , I didn't have to invest a lot of useless points in str and dex.
Hey RabbitsintheMoon, do you think the Staff of the Great Beyond would be great for combining all fire spells and incantations into one? Or would the damage be lost compared to a more dedicated catalyst?
I don't know to much about the scaling yet, the damage will be lower but probably still be decent. It is a nice option to combine, I don't know though if I will do it since my head always says "as much damage as possible".
I feel like the putrescence spells would go well with this build bc theyre very quiet. Ive had a lot of luck casting mass of putrescence through rykards rancor
There should be plenty of action at 200 too, 150 is just considered meta and if everyone follows this most players will most likely be at that level. People also play PvP at max level, so don't worry, your 200 is not wasted!
