@@CKR99 Same!! Pictured Radagon saying the same thing, only in a more Shakespearean esque or Medieval dialogue. Something like "Wha... What art thee?" with the Tarnished responding "One who shalt supplant thee!", as in "I'm the one who'll take your crown!"
This is probably the best boss fight gameplay recorded. Everything is close call, and the perfect peak moment 1:25 especially seeing that rune arc coming in to the scene. Even the slowmo. So beautiful.
Why is no one talking about 0:38 ?! That contrast of color from the golden yellow to the icy blue, the slow-mo side swipe into a stagger, timed perfectly to avoid Radagon's incoming attack, and ginormous magic sword?! That was absolutely beautiful.
Its a mod but check out "Sekiro - Radagon of the Golden Order" on Ongbal's yt channel. I haven't played Elden Ring yet, but watched that video just out of curiosity (and because I love Sekiro). In that video, the purple glows dominate and its the dull yellow golden hue that blooms in the darkness that had my jaw drop in awe. The Ost and everything, so good, both the original and the mod in Sekiro.
People who beat Radagon and Malenia without a shield earn all my respect. I’m an old man and my reflexes are just not what they were when I was in my teens and twenties lol
@@nuclearbomb9483 in dark souls 3 with sister friede that I’m playing now first time I needed to switch to dual wielding the twin axes and just be really aggressive over my shield/ultragreatsword build cause it was just tooo slow.
@@timelineenjoyer dark souls 3 kinda has shit balance with its poise and stagger system, heavy weapons are just not that good, theres a reason dex weapons were king in ds3, they had slightly lower damage but you could get alot more openings
Thanks! Like with most my stuff it does did take quite a few hours, I think it took a few to get the setup I wanted then spent another day trying to get the perfect capture, but always worth it in the end, feels great when finally pulling off and I do really enjoy it, otherwise I'd give up XD. But yeah, cool, thanks!
@@SunhiLegend I'm really curious, do you "choreograph" fights for these? Or do you just go into it and try to wing it with the camerawork and stunts? Because god damn, that shot of the lightning bolts and the final shot with the rune arc above the two of you are insanely well framed. I realize that you still have to tweak the cinematography a bit in post but even so, I imagine you have to get the positioning just right during the fight itself for shots like that. I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into that considering you do these videos without any cuts. Anyway, absolutely incredible work!
@@lukemckinnon7163 Hey, yes. Fights like this do take a while since I do go through a lot of trial and error to see what works camera wise, action wise, pacing wise etc, it's usually never just going into a fight and pressing record. Also, once I have an idea of what I want, I usually then try to get multiple takes, again playing around with the camera to find shots that work. All in all, this fight for instance took a good few hours of testing out, seeing how the boss reacts, damage output, if attacks will work and land etc, then I spent another day, probably another 4-5 hours, capturing trying to get the perfect run. So it can take time, and some cases after having spent a couple days on a boss fight capture, I might find something that's better or works better so I'll scrap and start again. I do love it though, wouldn't do it otherwise, love the process of choreographing scenes like this and getting the perfect captures, it's all worth it for me. But yeah, cool. Thanks!
This video is criminally underrated. It's by far the best cinematic fight sequence I've ever seen someone put together using a video game. Great job, Sunhi.
I came from the "i am the storm meme" saw the original then started watching your most popular vids. And this made me subscribe. Can't wait till you get to 1m subs (currently at 4.7k)
Literal perfection! and is still just as incredible as the first time i watched it. I am convinced you were my first inspiration to try and make my own 'epic elden edits'. Thank you for this masterfully created video, you are a true Elden Lord!
This Fight is like a Dance, this Choreography, the perfect Moment for the right Dancemove, to feel the flow, to create the magic Rhythm. Thanks Dude for this, to show us the fun, joy and lightness of your gamestyle
Most videos can be boiled down to the basics of, 'Dodge, get gud, and WOW THATS A LOT OF DAMAGE!', however, this is truly a masterful and awe inspiring love letter to Elden Ring, the Characters, and to all the fans of Game. The Best Elden Ring Showcases I have ever seen!💜🐝
Maaan... finally found this video again. I remember watching this video a few months ago and I got goosebumps because of how epic it is. but i forgot to like lol. Great job dude. Simplesmente incrivel
Это идеально!!! Так точно подобраны тайминги. Автор Гений!!! Миядзаки и Джордж Марин воплотили все самое лучшее. А игроки это преумножили. Это ЭПИЧНО, КРАСИВО
I love the bosses in fromsoft games, especially the ones that are considered hard because I love learning the move set of the boss and learning to dodge and then attack, then it becomes almost like a dance with the boss, listening to the music and the slashing of swords, scythes or the trail of black flames the bursting of ice or the crackling of lightning, the soothing sound of the Scarlet Rot blooming once again the wind flowing around you as the Waterfowl Dance zooms by, the procing of bleed, or the popping of frostbite the casting of Great soul arrow or the slashes from Sister Friede’s Scythe. Oh these games truly are masterpieces 😩🙂
