I did everything that was said in the video, just like my friend, but I just can't join him and he can't join me either, we have the same PS. So it says that no server was found
The mod has been rapidly updating, so bugs come and go like every 12 hours. It’s hard to keep up with the changes right now. Ensure that the password doesn’t have any spaces or anything after the password and that (it sounds stupid) ensure you both actually saved the password in the txt. You cannot edit this with the game opened so make sure to restart once done. However, Tuesdays is also maintained day for the mod server. Try again on Wednesday and see if it was shut down for maintenance.
Thanks again man but I was just wondering if is it safe to press the "LOG IN" in the menu without getting banned? I think its needed to see player messages on the ground
The mod utilizes coding to get around the anti cheat, which is why you cannot be banned from the get go. As I am not an expert always refer to the mod FAQ and comments for the final say. It could be that logging in reintroduces server and anti cheat.
Its ok he has the extension on so he can see files type(it doesn't matter if its on or off) and you gotta start Erc launcher while steam is open (if your cracked add online fix(search it on google) and start erc launcher while steam is on and you can now join and play normally like i did)
Doesn't seem to be working anymore. I've already gone through all the troubleshooting steps one could reasonably be expected to, confirmed all installation, preparation, *and* troubleshooting steps were *correct,* and repeated them all again just for good measure. No matter how I open the game, it's never using Seamless Coop. Always opens normally, just offline. Did the patch yesterday break it?
@@sp3ctralgh0st22 Seamless Coop's exe, but I did try the base game's just to be sure something weird wasn't going on. Can't get it to work through Mod Engine 2 either. Normally it'll start right up up off the .bat file, but that's out too. Now it just opens normal Elden Ring. Edit: It *does* start up in offline mode like it's supposed to, and it is preventing EAC from loading. It's just not working past that.
If it’s a base game save, click the link in pinned comment. It will tell you how to transfer saves to seamless. Previous coop saves will be there automatically.

@@YoFakeParentto get around this, right click the launcher > click more options > create shortcut. Then drag the shortcut to your desktop and you’ll be good to go
@@sp3ctralgh0st22 I found the reason why I wasn't able to launch seamless. I noticed that my "eldenring.exe" opens as "administrator" by default. What I did: elden ring - properties - compatibility - uncheck "run as administrator" then I opened steam and enter online mode and everything works like a charm.
Now what about the missing items? Me and my friend also just have these icons in our inventory and can't play together. I can't find a solution for this anywhere.
It doesn’t allow me to connect to my friends and when there’s more than 2 players together it’ll still say joining 2/2 players. Does anyone have a fix?
It may be that the mod dev made it stable for 2 but has not yet made it stable for more than 2. This seems likely as they released the Osage within a week of the latest patch and DLC.

my friend doesn't have the dlc but still touched miquella's hand, now he is soft lock in the loading screen so does he lose his party or he can still play?
Ensure you and your friend have the same password, and have both saved the file. Make sure there are no spaces before or extra spaces after the password. If there is a space after the = then you also need a space after the equal. It counts as a character.
So I’ve done everything correctly and I own the DLC but for some reason after beating mohg that person doesn’t appear and I can’t get into the DLC, anyone know how to fix this?!?!
Hey there was a patch update for yhe game on the 4th of july and ever since the mod has been disconnecting me from my friends world constantly, should i wait for another update of the seamless coop?

my friends clicked the option at grace to teleport to the round table and it put him in a inf loading bug as well as making me have the infinite loading bug when i tried to do it as well and we can only play on new slots any solution?q

Be sure to pull the extracted files out of the folder (so that the inner folder with the same name is not inside the other folder) and then run the exe in the folder you pulled out, as administrator
Don't download the mod tell the mod developer to actually fix it instead of making it worse I'm not joking can't get to the Moog dynasty because the quest is broken because of them I got the item I'm looking in my inventory it's not there now broken broken broken laziness
How does going into cutscene bosses work? Does it force everyone to teleport to the boss and view the cutscene? Do you both have to enter the boss room at the same time? Just so I’m prepared
Does anyone know the IDs of the new seamless co-op items? I want to remove the mod and be able to play online again with the co2 files, but to do this I need to remove the items using Cheat Engine to avoid being banned.
To drag it to the Elden folder? You have user settings on your pc account that are preventing you from moving files. You could try to copy and paste to get around this. Make sure you have admin privileges for files.
Please refer to the Nexus Page FAQ about the mod. At this time I do not know. I assume the ModEngine 2 page has its own instructions for how to do this as well. However, keep in mind with Seamless now being updated, other Mods may need to be updated as well for both coop and the base game compatibility.
This is the mod instructions per the mod page but in video form. When you tamper with any files, you assume your own risks. This is not on me. Check this folder and see if your saves are actually gone (inside number folder). If you see c02, then they are there: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Roaming/EldenRing/

If your friend has DLC, then you can both enter the DLC area. If one of you does not have DLC you can still play, but he will be restricted from entering any Specialized area (any area in the DLC)

Usually up to 5. However, Currently it may be just 2 since the newest update is being rolled at with as minimal bugs as possible. Test it out and let me know!
Online as in connected to internet yes, “online” as in the game server, no. The seamless mod turns this and anti cheat off by being online So you don’t get banned
@@RonPalacio no, they cannot play if you are not online. they can play in their own world and progress yes, but the progress would not transfer to use. For example, lets say you and your friend beat the first boss, and then you quit playing. He keeps playing and defeats the next boss. This does not transfer to you. However, there are two options here. If you decide to play together again, and you join your friend's world, then the 2nd boss will already be defeated and you will not be able to fight it. If, instead, your friend joins you, and you are the host, then the boss will not be defeated yet, and you will be able to fight him. Your friend will get to fight the 2nd boss for a 2nd time. Likewise, if both of you defeat the boss on your own, then neither of you will be able to fight the boss again because you've both done it in your own worlds. When progression is made together, going back to your own world saves that progression to each players account.
The mod keeps updating, as the dev fixes known issues. One guy said 1.7.3 doesn’t work for him but the latest 1.7.4 worked fine. Ensure you saved your password before trying to open. Also, you cannot pull the launcher out of the file folder, it will be unable to locate the other files.
@@thebeastfizz9271this is is 1.7.2 version. The only thing I can think of is that something with the files is installed incorrectly. Maybe check the mod page for more answers? It did just come out so it may be a bug that hasn’t been addressed yet. The video just explains the instructions on the mod page.
@@sp3ctralgh0st22 Even that I can't, the problem is the "ersc_launcher.exe" file and when I want to copy and paste or drag and drop the file it tells me that I need a permision and the acces is denied
Hmm, could be connection error. Make sure there isn't a space before you or your buddy's password. It would look the same but still count as a character in the passcode.
@sp3ctralgh0st22 yeah it's a coop save from the last version of the mod. When I added password and got it running the 1.7 and it worked it asked me to start new game. There was no continue.
@@diamondorm9920 Hey, so the mod automatically scales the difficulty per the number of players. Previously this was a 50% increase in boss health per player (so base health (Player 1)+ 50 % (Player 2) + 50% of 50% (Player 3) + etc. However, should you want an EVEN harder play session, you can increase the scale numbers.
If you have Elden, you have it. Just go to steam, and click settings in the game options of Elden ring, and then manage and browse local files. it should take you right to it
@@sp3ctralgh0st22 thx im ngl i figured that out but im back here again cause i need to know if u can help with smth, me and my friend spent awhile progging and we beat the 1st actual boss the dude with like the light hammer and knife, we got to the gate and went on grace and it asked us if we wanted to teleport to the round table again and we both clicked yes but then it put us in an infinite loading screen like it fully loads but then a new loading screen pops up and it repeats the loop forever, we closed our games and make new chars and went back and tried everything but it seems like we lost our characters forever
