@@pauleynon96cant summon mimic, the charging ram attack at the beginning is 90% impossible to dodge, he outruns torrent.

@@Kenzieisheree I pretty sure you need bloodhound step or you are pretty much softlocked in the fight, since you can't his charge otherwise. And it's even worse to fight this boss with torrent because he easily outruns you and sometimes even one shots torrent. If it was a boss designed for torrent, it's an incredibly poorly designed boss. I had been playing a str/int build for the dlc and in order to beat him I had to exclusively dual weild my +25 strength Colossal greatweapons with bloodhound step on it

Fr, he charges me everytime before I even step through the fog wall fully. Also some moron left a message next to the fog so It interferes with me trying to summon my mimic or even torrent

Yes. Not with the fight but you might wanna try using summons if you haven't already. Otherwise level your Sacutree blessing or get a better build. If nothing I just listen helps then you my friend need to git gud

@@alpha_1198 every boss has been easy for me and i can dodge, i am good. Summons dont wont work because by the time you summon something, the charged ram attack they do either kills you or stuns you, then he turns around and slashes you with his sword, no time for dodging or running. As well Torrent is too slow.

I’m gonna be honest with you. I am not fighting him again if you haven’t killed him switch to a great shield and put your main weapon in your right hand and just go for guard counters. It’s the only way I was stuck on him for about six hours until I started doing that.

Try to use the summon that summons 4 or 5 shielded guys,they can defend all his attacks I think(upgrade +9 ofc)

Not long just beaten him, 90% of the time it's just that goddamn charge attack that's the problem, gotta have pinpoint doge timing.

@@MiniNadez25 oh I completely agree, the charge attack is horrifically bad, I only managed it to beat it after using bloodhound step and even then I'd still get caught by it at times.

Have to literally change up my build to some easy cheese strength build. Literally have no idea how a boss like this makes it into the dlc with that charge attack. Absolutely unacceptable trash

yup, no engine upgrade, same animation, cap to 60 fps, horrendous rock texture etc, they should make sekiro 2 instead of this boring dodge attack simulator

@@eddy_is_a_squidpotatoe471 exactly, none of the bosses of elden ring can compete against sekiro, after beating those bosses it feels satisfaction and the battles give adrenaline rush, but elden ring is just dodge attack simulator, cheap gimmick, shonen anime character attack animation which takes infinite times to end.
