He is very hard solo, but mostly cause he delays atracks and they have follow ups. Rellana is still harder tho

Probably in my top 3 favorite fights ever very impressive considering how terrible fire damage is with every other fromsoft boss in existence aside from the twin moon knight who was also very thrilling unlike the half dozen dragon bosses I've encountered so far in the dlc
