I think that energy is what Miquella is after. After all, his Erdtree ultimately failed, so it makes sense that he would seek out the place where a successful Erdtree was born. Probably much more to it than just that though

The Haligtree Knight Armor states that the Haligtree was watered with Miquella’s blood since it was a sapling, but still failed to become an Erdtree. Do we know this because Miquella’s blood wasn’t sufficient or if this was because he and his cocoon was torn from the Haligtree?

I think that Miquella’s looking for that sap, he’s going to absorb it all and turn to a Super Saiyan At the end of the trailer, the Tree’s sap weirdly disappeared… 👀

This item description actually reinforces, to me, that the sap we see leaking out the Shadowtree is the Amber Sap of primordial crucible that is being acknowledged here lol

So what do you think is the connection between the Runebears, dragons, and the crucible? The crucible “hippo” from the trailer is just a runebear with a disproportionate dragon head and dragon claws for paws. Go frame by frame and you can see it clearly
