@@oberzen208 the dual lance’s most dangerous attack is the crouch L1, not the running L1. And Chase used the crouch L1 plenty of times lol, why would you not use your best attack?!
Elden Ring is 100x worse. There was some BS in DS3 for sure but between FromSoft not updating any of their networking and there being a millions ways of spamming from distance without being punished, ER is horrible.
@@jiddy30 Duel nagis for when I really don’t want to lose. I feel kinda bad about it, but I only really use them every once in awhile when a gank is actively pissing me off, which doesn’t happen often.
I don't know how Chase is able to keep his cool in these sorts of situations. The world will burn before we witness him complain with a bad taste in his mouth. But the feeling of winning a 1v3-5 is just crack for the brain.
I’ve killed many more in one invasion but it was always an afk farming situation where the host was behind the academy gate and I just had infinite blues trying to 2v1. A running battle with the host included would’ve been much harder, I couldn’t have kept my cool that long or manage my regen items on the fly like he does. That’s why Chase is the GOAT invader.
I love the 3v1 ganks, some people do be really playing annoying builds in ER but the chaos is fun. It was def more fun when the game was more popular tho - RL80 invasions were so much fun.
I don't get it - don't you have to opt in to the 3v1 ganks? Like if you want fair fights, do the pvp arenas. If you don't want any kind of pvp, play solo or offline.
@@r6scrubs126 I don’t only want 1v1’s, in ds3 for example the covenants made invasions into so many different combinations of invaders & phantoms, whereas in elden ring it’s almost exclusively 3v1 ganks every invasion and it gets old
@@Bisquit15 can you elaborate? How does someone do that if it based off level and gear level. I think I read that SL60 and 10+ and 4+ are where it’s at. Anyone that’s higher will be put in a different level bracket
I would really like to see the build of that last host 😂. Magic caster, faith caster, arcane caster, rivers of blood, dual swords. Apparently he had access to every build in the game 😂😂😂
This is what makes Chase the best invader in my opinion. While others have skill, Chase has skill and engages the the 3 v 1s. It's exciting to watch, not just 10 minutes of running away and hitting when there's an opening. Chase makes the action happen.
did we watch the same video? He spent so much time running away that some of the opponents got bored and refused to keep chasing him. Don't get me wrong, I get why he has to do that when the odds are stacked against him, but you specifically calling out that he doesn't run away seems very weird after watching this video lol
No, chase edits out the parts where he goes passive lol. Not that this is a bad thing by any means, that’s just what you have to do to win invasions but it’s boring to watch so he doesn’t show him running away for a couple minutes to let his regen replenish his hp etc.
Amazing. That host at the end lived by the lightning bolt haha, it was all he knew. Kinda seems like the blue phantom summons are kind of getting up to DS3 levels with these phantom summons immediately as one dies.
I still laugh so hard when someone equips a RoB and suddenly all his buttons transform into L2 like, dude, that's not the whole moveset y'know? You can no longer spam the art and win. If you don't get creative and put some pressure into your opponent you'll never win - or you'll be a one-trick pony your whole life.
Jeez man, you’ll kill 5 people in one invasion and make it look easy meanwhile, I’ll be cheering when I kill 2 guys in one invasion. Your skill is unmatched
EDR long invasion made some people feel annoying on Chase stream. And attack him about running around survive spemming gang. 😂 I think just video should be more than okay, let him play his own style slowly without chat bother him.
@@ghostering8 that is sad if it’s true that people harassed him into not wanting to do streams anymore. I remember him being really chill in invasion streams too. The internet is just too mean.

@@davoobdn imagine new dude who never touched dc3 before play this game, they don't even understand what call "endure invasion" some type of people who quick give up when they meet 2 or 3vs1 , do some fancy move and die in few minutes. Those guy mostly attack chase and said his invansion are boring because they never tasted try hard victory over 1vs5 (20+ minutes per invansion) While chase took his time try to find way counter on spemming 3-5 gang. it just attack him because it look like he only run around but lucky every fight. Chase's play style might Piss then off. I guess.
JESUS CHRIST, that was a *War*. Reminds me of 20+ people you summoned to your world and killed in Itithil in DS3. Something like that by the Prawnboil Shack might be fun! I’m always in awe of how quick you can swap things. Despite having my inventory laid out how I want, it’s still tricky! That’s if I remember to change up talismans. I’m at the highest rank for both duels and United combat, but attacking without being locked on is still tricky for me. Chase is literal inspiration to get the backstep running attacks on point. Hope you start streaming again soon!
I understand how the hosts are usually incompetent, there's a reason they are using 2 sunbros and blues. But when I see a Blue tryharding with two spears I gotta ask, why do feel accomplished ganking?
Finally a level appropriate invasion. Glad to see Chase is not a dick and does not use gestures and is kind of less facetious when he is playing level appropriate.

Nice, really enjoyed this one! Been waiting for new invasions for while - the weapon show cases were cool in the beginning but they were a bit much, for me personally, after … the first ten? :) Stopped watching for a while, but now I’m happy about the new content - thanks for all your work!
Great Video! Speaking of sweaty.. what do you think are some of the absolute strongest and solid builds you've tried or encountered in your myriad of invasions and duels? I'm very curious because I always see the "easy" options of Dragons Breath and Rivers of Blood etc. but I don't feel like it really represents a meta game.
Your ability to keep cool when in a 3v1 and a host just spamming honed bolt is literally amazing I probably would have lost it or killed the host only cause I hate honed bolt lol
