Elf Bane has fallen from grace with the duration of dots being recently lengthened, thus making the set almost useless. However its ability to extend the duration of high pressure flame ultimates like eye of the flame and the dragonknight's standard it still has value. I'm still leveling my dragonknight, but love this build. 12 seconds of balorgh synergizes well with a 12 second destruction staff ultimate.
