Somebody tell me how people are playing transaction rollback in the graveyard to elemental burst without doing the tribute? How does it ignore the tribute?
It’s an optional tech card, it’s really good going 2nd because for 800lp you either grab an Eldlich or an Eldlich trap if you have him already, can send a rollback or resource in hand to grave to send their card to grave, and then can use eldland as fuel for him to come back and pressure their life points. But going 1st it kind of just takes up a slot in your backrow and doesn’t make sense to try to summon Eldlich turn 1 usually. I think it’s a cool tech to run at 1, however, it’s totally up to you.
Low-key I think the one thing this deck needs is fiend comedian. I tried cutting it after it was negating by discarding Ash Blossom too many times in a row, but I'm testing a new version of the deck where I replace triple tactics thrust with fiend comedian and I'm seeing some more success. Maybe I should have just believed!
Interesting deck build mate, I just started a Eldlich deck, a lot of fun but seem to be getting slapped, currently D4 ranking Running a 40 card deck might be my problem, nice video and nice tips
Thanks! Yea I’ve tried a 40 card deck and I think the 60 card version is much stronger, Eldlich has kind of been power crept, so in order to keep up we need to think a bit outside the box. Being able to send a bunch of cards to grave with grass, reasoning and kitkallos gives us a lot more resources, especially because of transaction rollback

Sure! I have a really minimal zombie world deck that I made in the video just after this one, once the Horus engine comes out I’m going to try to make both a heavier zombie and a vampire deck too

I'm testing out a 40 card deck, for now I'm just doing one where I cut these 20 cards: nadir servant (3x) ecclesia (2x) needle ceiling (3x) thrust (2x) powersink stone (3x) ice dragon prison (2x) grass (1x) white destiny (1x) also cutting one of the dogmatica punishments (1x) called by the grave (2x) So if you make my current version of the deck, and then cut out those 20 cards, you will have what I'm testing with. Not sure that is the final version, still cooking lol
obviously the eldlich pack is in the store for the second anniversary, but are there any other packs we should be opening to get some of the other cards if we already have most of the eldlich centered cards? i mean the floodgates and other traps
The new pack "return of the king" has transaction rollback in it, that is a GOATed card that you'll want for a lot of different trap decks, worth pulling from once you have the eldlich cards Solemn strike is in the new Guardians of the Sacred Sky pack, which also has great cards like Apollousa and ultimate slayer Chaos angel and black luster soldier are in the inevitability of chaos pack, also you can get black luster soldier from the black luster soldier structure deck Nadir servant and ecclesia are in the Alba Abyss pack, which has a lot of other great cards. A number of cards are ones you will need to craft, however, including all of the floodgates. Also, you can look up which pack a card appears in by going to the deck builder, searching a card you don't have, and in the bottom left clicking on the "how to obtain" button, which shows which packs you can find those cards in. If the only pack listed is the master pack, you're better off crafting it than trying to pull for it.
