Back in 98 I used to dance here as an employee as shadow dancer ( I was inside behind a screen with alight to see my shadow) for 4 years I had a blast and I truly miss this. ( I was 18 at the time).
Wow that is so cool!! I started watching EC around 1999. I was 15 at the time and my dream was to be a dancer on that show. I was disappointed when they cancelled. Do you know why EC went off the air?
Nobody from the current generation will ever understand this video and how exciting this used to be on Friday nights...... But I do. I remember looking forward to this on cable television. I hope this comment reaches you so that we can share this nostalgia together.
This brings back good memories I never desired to go hang out there, but I used to go to all the clubs around there back then, when you didn't have to worry about getting shot!! or stabbed🔪🔪🔪⚰️
In the 90s, I never got this. I loved Ed the Sock, but watching narcissistic couples dance at a club to techno music wasn't really my thing. Not that I had anything against some techno (especially the raunchy stuff), but on a Friday or Saturday night, there was Showcase, Television Without Borders. 6-7 solid hours of raunchy TV that promised everything except actual porn. As a teenager, that was my go to. But this is still nostalgic for me, because I'd see the commercials and I'd often see it while flipping channels. And again, Ed the Sock was my kind of guy. Some of his positions on war left me scratching my head, but otherwise, he was George Carlin in sock form.
