I mean when you are trying to do things with a transmission that its not designed to be doing I believe failure might be the result LOL. The AC clutch will disengage upon heavy throttle application, that's normal. The weird whining noise on the other hand....not normal, and isn't the AC clutch, it was doing that noise even when you had the camera viewing the AC clutch which wasn't engaged. So...you got transmission issues....which I figured would happen...that's what happens when you get used, unknown condition and unknown maintenance transmissions....they're not very good to begin with, and the lack of maintenance by most people almost guarantee you get a bad one. Changing the fluid will usually make it worse, as you drained all the friction particles out over time, making slippage, and other problems arise...and are made even worse if you allow a shop to do a flush especially on a vehicle that wasn't maintained well....it also causes issues with the valve body as it'll plug up all the tiny little passageways as well.
