That's pretty impressive the way it walked out of that snowbank was awesome. It's proff with the right toys life just keeps on getting better and better enjoy my brother.
exactly its a toy i have an rc car that the battery also wont die in the snow... im lost as to what point you proved... its still an EV and you have a low IQ for purchasing such a piece for so much money..... diesel hummers are the only true hummer you have a karen wagon
The problem with today is that so many people are amazed at new vehicles, let’s see if the windows still roll down an up in 2037 let’s see if that traction control still works as it does brand new sit in pretty right now. With the cost of vehicles today they better be able to out last my 12 valve Cummins with 342,000 miles in a 1980 Ford (Ford Cummins swap) windows still roll down an up,it’s still makes a hefty 400+ horsepower and still gets close to 18 to 20 miles per gallon while hauling and fooling around! Today’s crap is not built for longevity it’s built to amaze you during the warrantee time and after that it’s just another pile of plastic that all the environmentalist that are in bed with the oil companies allowed to be created😂all while selling (going green) 🤦🏻♂️🤣
@@jamesgizassonWho the hell wants to lug around a 30 year old car? You do realize current technological progress has been increasing exponentially over time right (since the invention of the transistor). That means a 30 year old car 30 years from now will be the equivalent of a 90 year old car today. Honestly, you people talking about the .0001% of use cases to try to diminish EVs are hilarious.
@@jayem8981 Not everyone wants new cars. Not everyone LIKES new cars. What's hilarious is how you cling to shiny things until they rust, and then blow tens of thousands to replace them. Especially in the case of EVs, where everyone tries to pull the 'green' card, saying it's better for the environment. If you were concerned about conservation, you wouldn't buy a new car every five years. XD
@@jayem8981 evs lmao 😂 are we talking about cobalt and lithium mines and environmental impact. Y’all love virtue signaling towards (what’s right for the planet) but when reality comes to play y’all be tearing earth apart for your $hit energy source ! Sh!t hemp can build a better car structurally as well as energy source too. But…. That couldn’t keep the current power structures in control could it 🖕😂🖕
@@allaboutcars4835 Are you also willing to spend Mercedes G-Wagon money with less off-road capability and maneuverability? I didn’t say this was practical looking, this looks upscale and premium with the bronze accents, and stitched materials. The tech is also comparable to a G-Wagon. This is a better performing and more practical daily driver with a more off-road friendly interior than a G-Wagon and for a fraction of the price.
@@G-Rated Yea I hear ya… I’m sure when they give it an overhaul update in a couple of years, they’ll get rid of those bronze highlights and 1996- 1” thick desktop computer monitor, and put it all in-dash like the g-wagon. They’ll probably get rid of those old school Chevy suburban thick pig leather seats also. They really blew it on the interior!
I am absolutely loving the field testing on that EV Hummer!! That thing is an animal!! Who better to test out the performance of a EV Hummer than Howe2Live!! Awesome driving Mike!! D for Drive, R for Race, Drive fast, take chances!!
9000 pounds is a really heavy vehicle so controlling this beast at a higb speed is impossible manuability Here in puertorico a guy just got killed in a sad accident they have flaws
@@BlueLightsGamingYT teslas have definitely caught fire before and they have to take them to a special yard because the batteries can continually keep being reignited over a 24 hour period it takes 3-8000 gallons of water directly on a Tesla battery to put it out......I've never seen a Ford ev on fire seen plenty of tesla's though
Time will tell I leave a battery outside and it could break sometimes they don’t. Condensation is tricky here in Alaska freezing plugs unplug themselves. Seeing how people treat their gas powered vehicles makes me think there will be lots of fires in the near future. We have plugins for block heaters so the car doesn’t freeze while you are at work. The Hummer is Awesome but I don’t see the one here driving very much??? Oh and every car I’ve owned can do donuts in the snow they are a blast!
@@Maybe-you-know-me. Nice! I just sold my 3rd gen 5 speed! I loved that car, but it was too nice... my Mad Max diesel fits my chaotic personality a lot better. :3
It won't die the first time if you do this constantly in the frigid cold and in snow. It's going to die a lot faster. it says 15% battery used but will end up being 20 to 30% battery used when doing the same thing
@@LostClaw what do you mean …. They burn coal and diesel for a vehicle with half the life of an h2. they also use slave and child labor to mine the minerals needed for those ‘green’ batteries out of strip mines…. they have little to no recyclability you need to do some research into electric vehicles they really are worse for the environment than a coal rollin Cummins
People been driving ice cars in the snow for over 100 years, somebody in an ev comes along and does it and they act like they've cured cancer or something.
There's the trick! It's plugged in at the end. Problem is if they're left off in the cold unplugged. The battery temps need to be maintained around 70f which requires battery energy to create said heat.
That looks like fun and I have liked that hummer ever since it came out but after watching so many videos on it I hate that you cannot use all the thousand horsepower😅
Its looks gorgeous. But I'm to much impressed if they probably make hybrids. From gas or diesel to electric. Not all area have electricity especially in remote mountains.
As this they better off putting a small diesel that will power the electric motors, the electric motors proved they more efficient but they battery life is terrible, do why not build a mini train set up
There’s barley any snow on the ground, I smash my wrx through this much snow every winter in Tahoe with no issues. Let’s get in some deep snow and see what it does?
In 5 years youll need a whole new vehicle due to that battery. They dont last and every charge you lose a amount of energy built into those batteries. Not to mention the 10s and thousands of children mining the resources for you to buy an overly expensive vehicle to show off on social media
Does it come with a strap on? You know after you give your wife your man card. Because you're either rich enough to make bad decisions or you are lacking a large amount of your frontal lobe.
15 minutes of fun. Yay! Now imagine if it was diesel. You would have hundreds of miles of hard work it could put in. Without destroying the environment by strip mining with slavery for lithium.
