The Electro-Harmonix Super Pulsar is one seriously full-featured tremolo! The range of sounds available is staggering: slow sweeps, gentle pulses, staccato stutters, rhythmic patterns, ring-modulated tones, and even rotating-speaker-like sounds!
The Super Pulsar has lots of controls for major tweakability; the Phase control allows you to dial-in everything from wide to narrow across the stereo field. Tap-tempo, an expression pedal input, and an external clock input add to the Super Pulsar's flexibility. Once you get the perfect sound, save it to one the onboard eight, internal memory slots. A three-button footswitch can be assigned to any of the buttons on the Super Pulsar's face for on-the-fly control.
There's a bit of a learning curve with the Super Pulsar but the diligent will be rewarded handsomely. Inspirational from a creative standpoint, there are some songs in this pedal waiting to be written. Have fun twisting knobs and thanks for watching!

This is the best tremolo pedal I've ever had. After pedals I have had Fractal, Helix, GT-1000 and going into Kemper and any tremolo in those devices is as good as the super pulsar. Just amazing.

And they still keep coming up with "I Gotta Have It" pedals to tempt me into buying more gear to get the Missus mad at me...but she comes around after a few days so that's not so bad.This pedal would sound incredible with an amp on each side of the stage and to have the tremolo or vibrato panning from one side to the other-the audience would flip out and think that they're having flash backs-this one will be going in my effects chain to increase the E-H presence.

Best overview of this pedal Ive seen. I didnt know I wanted one of these. I wonder if that auto swell / backwards sound function works well. I have a mooer slow engine and its been a let down. Doesnt track that well.

@WearySisyphus - they're very different pedals: the SL-20 is a unique gated effect, it can produce some standard tremolo effects, but that's not its strong point. The Super Pulsar can do gated-style tremolo, but its strong point is as an extremely flexible tremolo with lots of control over various parameters. Hi SweetwaterSound, I have a question & I really appreciate your advice : I have 2 pedals which has expression port in 1 pedal (EHX Stereo Pulsar) & 2 expression ports in another, may I know how do I connect an expression pedal to all 3 ports please?

+HIGH GAIN The right guys will gladly make amazing music with it. Just for reference, when it came out, the Big Muff was, circuit-wise, the most complicated distortion/fuzz pedal. EH has always been ahead of the game.
